A tall copper flagstaff rises steeply against a clear blue sky, wrapped in copper bands and topped with a carved finial trailing an orange and white flag. A person in orange robes stands at the base on the right, pulling the rope that raises the flagstaff, while scattered orange and yellow petals fall through the air. A coconut palm leans in from the right and marigold garlands hang at the base of the mast. The person is partially visible; no face is identifiable and no appearance-based candidate qualifies, so the a person field is none.
