Front-row priests with shaved heads wear white dhotis with maroon borders and rudraksha malas, hands folded in namaste or pressing palms together in prayer. Brass plates, small oil lamps and flower offerings sit on the mats in front of them. Behind them, seated lay devotees in white shirts, kurtas and casual clothes watch with hands joined, and a few standing men stand at the back near a doorway. Most wear white dhotis with red and gold borders and bare upper bodies, with white or tripundra-style forehead markings and rudraksha malas. Several sit with hands folded in prayer or hold small brass plates, and oil lamps and offering plates with flowers and fruit are arranged on mats before them. Younger boys in ordinary shirts and a few adults in western or casual clothes sit at the back. No clearly identifiable a person figure is visible among the seated participants, so the central presider cannot be confirmed from appearance.2011-02-08June 27 20172017-06-27May 03 20122012-05-03
