Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots and a garland of marigolds wrapped around its trunk. A shrine with a white arched frame holds a golden deity murti draped in red cloth, surrounded by red flower petals. A figure in saffron-orange robes stands on a black tiled platform holding a small brass bell, beside a second person in orange clothes with hands folded in prayer and a third in orange with a tray of flowers. Appearance-based candidate for the page's a person is uncertain, so the central figure is described by role only as a devotee performing worship at the shrine.

A standing man in an orange saffron robe and a white flower garland waves a brass handheld lamp (arati) toward a shrine with a shrine arch and marigold garlands at its base, a red-draped altar and orange marigold heaps around the base. Behind him, another man in white stands at the edge of the frame. Dark granite paving and a white stone bench sit in the foreground. The man in saffron has long swept-back dark hair, rudraksha-style beads and ceremonial garlands, appearance-based cues consistent with the page's a person claim, so this is a probable in-person candidate.2009-12-29A photograph of an outdoor shrine beneath a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots, its trunk draped with orange and red marigold garlands. At centre, a small canopied shrine holds a deity murti decorated with red garlands, set on a red-and-white floral pile. A man in white dhoti and shawl with gold border stands on the right, holding an aarti lamp toward the shrine with raised hand, while nearby a line of saffron-robed attendants and a man in white with an orange shawl and a ceremonial staff stand by, one holding a silver tray. Dark polished stone paving lies in the foreground. The scene appears to be a puja or aarti at a sacred spot. The visible people include the lamp-bearing man in white, several saffron-robed attendants and a white-clad man with a staff, so the count falls in the 6-20 range.2010-01-02 +1 copiesDecember 30 20092009-12-30
