A seated bare-chested man with swept-back dark hair, rudraksha mala necklaces, a red-orange shawl and gold armbands raises one hand, laughing, while a man in a pale pink striped shirt bows toward him and a garland of red and white flowers hangs from the bowing man's neck. Behind them a shaved-headed young man in a saffron-orange robe and rudraksha beads holds a silver trident-like staff, and a man in a red-orange robe photographs with a camera. A brass plate with a flame and offerings sits on a red and striped cloth on the floor, with fruit and small bowls nearby. A woman in a purple sari stands at the left edge. Appearance suggests the seated figure may be a person, wearing a shawl, rudraksha malas and ornate gold armbands while seated in a ceremonial chair.2014-06-22 +1 copiesOctober 23 20102010-10-23 +1 copiesIndoor photo in a pale pink room with a gold-framed mirror on the left and red floral curtains on the right. A man in an orange-yellow silk shawl with a green leaf garland and yellow flower garland stands with palms pressed together in namaste, smiling broadly. Facing him is a man in a maroon and gold brocade shawl over white clothes, holding a coconut-like offering, smiling. A third man at left in a light grey-green shirt with a red tilak on his forehead stands with hands folded. A partly visible person stands in the background. The scene shows a greeting or reception. Appearance-based cues on the man in the orange shawl and floral garland are present, but the person is not clearly identifiable, so this is marked unsure.2010-10-25A photograph of an indoor meeting in front of deep red velvet drapes and a cream upholstered chair. A smiling man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange robe and a long rudraksha mala with a red tilak on his forehead, sits on the chair and extends his hand toward a man in a striped white-and-grey shirt who stands with his back to the camera. A second man in an orange-and-white garment stands at the left edge.2010-07-07A photograph in a small room with peach walls, red floral curtains and a patterned sofa. A man with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange saffron dhoti and shawl with a dark rudraksha mala, stands with palms pressed together in namaskar and a smile. An older man in a red-and-gold silk shawl and dark trousers bends forward, receiving a brass tray or offering from a monk in orange behind him. Two men stand at left, one in a white shirt and one with a white tilak. A small table holds fruit and items. The orange-clad figure is Swamiji (probable), identified by long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, a role-based reading of a devotee's greeting.2010-10-22 +1 copiesA seated figure in an orange robe and orange upholstered throne-like chair smiles while raising one hand in a blessing gesture. A rudraksha mala with a ceremonial gold chain hangs over the robe, and a red cushion sits behind him against red velvet drapes. A man in a white kurta with an orange shawl stands behind the chair, and a man in a pink checked shirt and jeans bends forward with folded hands before the seated figure. A white table holds trays of bananas and offerings, and a gold ritual implement lies on the armrest. The seated figure is described as a person based on the orange saffron robe, rudraksha mala and gold ornamentation, and the throne setting.2010-07-10June 24 20102010-06-24October 04 20122012-10-04
