The trays hold heaped fresh flowers: red-orange roses in the foreground, yellow marigold-type blossoms, purple flowers, and red and white blooms at the right edge. The tray rims are embossed with floral and geometric patterns. Flowers like these are typically offered in puja, but no ritual activity or people are visible in the frame.2018-01-01 +1 copiesJuly 09 20172017-07-09Close view of a silver puja tray set on a low silver stand, with two silver bowls of mixed flower petals: one holding yellow and red petals in a scalloped bowl, the other a heaped plate of red and orange-red blooms with yellow marigold petals. A small silver cup with a spoon sits beside them. Behind, the orange and saffron robes of a person and a maroon garment with gold border are visible, along with a striped woven mat in red, yellow and blue. Petals are scattered on the mat. The scene suggests a flower offering arranged for worship, with no visible people's faces shown.2015-09-14Close-up of a puja arrangement on a gold-toned ceremonial tray. Many polished silver bowls and small silver vessels hold red roses, red carnations, yellow marigolds, orange flowers and pink orchid petals, with yellow turmeric-coloured liquid in several bowls. A small brass oil lamp stands among the flowers, and silver spouted vessels with green leaves are placed around it. No people are visible; the scene is an offering setup for ritual worship.2013-06-15January 01 20182018-01-01November 12 20132013-11-12January 01 20182018-01-01 +1 copies
