August 14 20172017-08-14A woman in an orange silk sari with a red-bordered green detail and a red rudraksha mala serves white rice cakes onto a steel plate from a large brass-rimmed steel vessel at what appears to be a communal food service. She has a white vertical tilak on her forehead and a red dot between her brows, with a silver pendant and silver earrings. Beside her a woman in a cream blouse wears a dark red rudraksha mala. Behind them, people in white and light-coloured clothing hold plates, and a pink water bottle sits on the counter alongside brass-handled pots of food.2017-12-15A photograph of a communal meal service under a tent decorated with coloured bunting. A woman in an orange sari with a rudraksha mala and gold earrings ladles white liquid from a steel pot, while women in white saris and blue hair nets serve from steel containers of food along a table. On the right, a grey-haired man in white kurta with a rudraksha mala and an orange lanyard holds a plate of rice, vegetables and bread. Other volunteers in white clothes with orange lanyards stand nearby, one holding a plate of food. The scene suggests a food distribution line with bowls and cups.2012-10-10Annadhan in 20142014-01-01 +1 copiesAnnadhan in 20122012-01-01 +1 copiesDecember 16 20172017-12-16July 01 20132013-07-01 +1 copiesA photograph of a ritual offering at a pada puja setting.
