A photograph of a seated ritual gathering on striped mats with a large audience behind. In the foreground, a bearded elderly man in white with a red and white cloth bag sits at left, a man in white dhoti with gold border holds a book and rests his hands together, and a young man in a blue shirt with rudraksha mala and gold-bordered white dhoti reads from papers. Behind them, rows of men in white with rudraksha malas hold their hands in anjali, and a man in an orange-red shawl sits in the middle. Brass puja vessels, kalasha-style pots, a small oil lamp and flower offerings lie on the mats. A standing man in orange sportswear and a shaved-headed man in white appear at the right edge. No clear candidate for a person is visible.

Orange-robed devotees sit further back, and tall brass lamp stands line the room. No single individual here can be confidently identified as a person from appearance alone.
