August 22 20092009-08-22A photograph of a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange garment standing beside a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots, pressing his cheek and right palm against the trunk with eyes closed. He wears a gold headband, a long gold bead necklace and has long dark hair. The setting is an outdoor garden with dense green foliage, a low concrete wall and a metal post in the background. Given the page's a person flag and the visible cues of long swept hair, gold headband, ornate gold necklace and saffron clothing, this is a probable appearance-based match for a person standing in person at the banyan tree.2010-12-27February 23 20112011-02-23A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes stands on a stone platform, leaning his forehead and one hand against the thick aerial roots of a large banyan tree. He wears a dark rudraksha mala around his neck and has his dark hair tied in a bun. Sandy ground, a small stone structure and green foliage surround the tree. Whether this man is a person cannot be determined from appearance; he is described by role as a devotee in orange robes.2011-02-08August 22 20092009-08-22Night photograph of a single person standing barefoot on sandy ground beside a large banyan-type tree with many thick aerial roots. The person has long dark hair swept back and wears a saffron-orange draped garment over a rust-red long-sleeved top, eyes closed and head slightly bowed. Dark trees fill the background. A translucent purple bird logo appears in the upper left corner.2007-02-25A standing man in an orange saffron sannyasi robe wrapped over one shoulder walks barefoot on a rocky ground littered with dry leaves, holding a long carved wooden staff in his right hand. He has long, swept-back dark hair and a red tilak mark on his forehead, and gazes downward. Behind him stands a massive banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots.2006-10-25September 06 20112011-09-06 +1 copiesA barefoot man in flowing saffron-orange cloth stands with his back to the camera, leaning his forehead and one hand against the thick aerial roots of a large banyan tree. A wooden-bead rudraksha-style mala hangs around his neck, and his dark hair is tied up at the back. Behind him, a paved stone platform and a green-painted pole sit among leafy branches, and sand with a few dry leaves lies at the base of the roots. The pose is one of quiet devotion at the sacred tree. The figure has distinctive saffron robes and a rudraksha mala, but his face is not visible, so identity is uncertain.2011-02-23A night photograph of a figure in saffron-orange robes with gold-bordered dhoti and shawl, wearing an orange turban and a long dark rudraksha mala. He leans his head and body against the trunk of a large banyan tree, eyes closed, one hand resting on the bark. Dark surroundings with a stone step and paving in the foreground.2011-08-13December 20 20062006-12-20November 09 20112011-11-09
