Night photo of a paved garden path lined with palms and tropical shrubs, leading toward an illuminated white temple-like building with a shikhara-style rooftop and lit niches. Several people in orange and saffron robes walk toward the camera, with a woman in an orange sari with a red border at left, a man in white kurta and white dhoti at right, and a man in a yellow garment behind him. The figures are slightly blurred from motion. A large framed image is visible near the entrance. Graphic text in the corner reads a copyright notice.2010-02-03September 26 20062006-09-26A white temple structure with ornate carved parapets and niche figures, and a tall dark flagstaff rising above the roof. Two figures in saffron-orange robes descend a grey stone staircase: the foreground figure wears a rudraksha mala and a draped orange cloth, and the figure beside him wears an orange kurta and dhoti with a shawl. Several people in white garments and yellow shawls stand on a white balustrade to the left, and red flowering shrubs and a dark green hedge frame the scene.Night photograph of a courtyard beside a white temple-style building with a lit doorway and ornate roof. Four people in saffron-orange robes walk along a paved path toward the entrance; one woman in an orange sari with a maroon blouse walks at the back. The nearest figure has a shaved head, and the others wear saffron garments. Beside the path are shallow rectangular water basins with lily pads, a raised stone ledge holding potted flowering plants, and palms along the edge. Several other people appear partially at the left edge. No visible printed name or caption identifies the figures, and the presentation of the people shown does not establish a person identity.2010-02-03September 30 20062006-09-30February 03 20102010-02-03Night photograph of an outdoor pre-event visit at a tented venue with a bamboo-roofed structure behind a translucent white canopy. Several monastics in saffron-orange robes walk down a checkered red-and-white tiled path toward steps leading to a decorated stage area with floral garlands, a flower-draped arch and a small shrine-like altar. Two men in orange robes stand near the path in the foreground, one with a dark sash, while a few men in white shirts and light trousers stand at the steps and along the side. A statue or figure in light blue robes stands on the stage. Bright overhead lights illuminate the scene.2010-02-03A night photograph of a white temple building lit from within, with several arched niches along the upper parapet glowing orange and holding small figures. A paved path leads through a garden of trimmed shrubs and palms toward stone steps and a brightly lit central shrine area with a white deity murti or statue. No people are visible in the scene.2009-10-17Night photograph of a walking procession along a dirt path beside a red-and-white painted low wall. In front, a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange cloth, with long swept-back hair and a bare-chested upper body, walks forward. Behind him, two men in white kurta-style clothes with orange shawls walk; one holds a small torch or light. A man in white with an orange shawl is partly visible at the right edge. Dark trees and bushes fill the background. The front figure has distinctive long hair and saffron clothing, but the image is dark and blurred, so the identity is uncertain.2006-12-10Night view of a white temple building approached by a stone-paved walkway flanked by green lawns and red-edged borders. Lit arched niches sit along the roofline, and a small lit shrine or doorway with steps stands at the end of the path, framed by dark tropical plants and palms. A tall lamp post rises in front of the structure. No people are visible in the scene.2009-10-17Night photo of a group walking barefoot along a stone-paved path in front of an old stone temple gateway with a dark doorway. In the centre, a man in an orange-saffron robe with a matching orange turban and a long gold-toned garland walks beside a man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala. Behind and beside them are a man in white dhoti and shawl, a woman in yellow, a child in a checked shirt, and an elderly bald man in white dhoti on the right, touching his forehead. Other people in the group wear white, yellow and green.2011-09-09February 04 20102010-02-04
