The murti wears a tall ornate gold crown, jeweled necklaces, earrings and a nose ring, and is garlanded with white jasmine and red roses. Beside it sits another golden murti in an orange cloth with a crown, all set before a green draped backdrop and a gilded canopy. The man appears to be performing a devotional touch or abhishekam-style puja. The photograph is watermarked on the right edge.2013-04-14Close-up photograph of a polished golden metal deity murti with a highly reflective face, wearing a jeweled nose ring with red and green stones, a red bindi-style tilak on the forehead, and large bejeweled earrings. Heavy layered necklaces studded with white and multicoloured stones cover the chest over a blue garment, and red roses and green leaves garland the head and shoulders. No physical people are visible.2011-09-19A close photograph of a gilded metal deity murti with a tall ornate golden crown, red and pink jeweled forehead ornament, large nose ring and red-lipped face, draped in gold brocade and garlanded with white jasmine and red roses. A hand with a brown-skinned arm from the left touches the murti's forehead near the brow, apparently applying a mark. Beside it, a partly visible second golden figure with a red lipped face appears at the left edge, and an orange-and-red striped cloth is draped nearby.2013-03-07A figure in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, seen from behind with long dark hair and a white pearl-like ornament, stands on a platform beside a gilded deity murti. The murti wears a golden crown, red and gold silk garments, and garlands of red and yellow flowers, with a hand placed on its shoulder. In the foreground is a silver hooded snake-canopied shivalinga-style base with a golden face and gemstone-studded arch above, draped in red and orange garlands. Behind them stands an ornate gold arch with gold-draped curtains. Appearance-based cues are not sufficient to name the figure, so the figure is described by role as a priest performing an abhishekam-style offering.2013-03-07May 07 20172017-05-07Close-up photograph of a golden metal deity murti face adorned with red roses on the head, a jeweled crown-like headdress, kumkum-red bindi, and an ornate jeweled nose ring with a crescent and red stones.
