A photograph of a group of devotees standing in a row on a stage with a dark red curtain behind them. A woman in an orange and red saree, wearing a white and red flower garland, stands in the centre with hands joined in front of her chest. To the left, a figure in an orange saffron shawl and white garland stands at a small table with a metal vessel, looking upward. Men in white dhotis and women in white and cream sarees, many wearing white and red flower garlands, stand beside them with hands folded or joined in prayer. A ceiling structure and white wall with a colourful panel are visible at the top right.2006-12-26December 26 20092009-12-26A wide hall photograph of a ceremonial gathering on a raised stage with dark maroon drapes. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on a white throne-like seat with circular accents. Around them, devotees in white dhotis and kurtas, some with orange or yellow shawls, stand and kneel in a line. Women in saffron, blue, cream and white saris stand on the floor, some holding offering plates. A fan and ceiling fans are visible. The orange-robed seated figure may be a candidate for the swami, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2010-07-23February 14 2009 -Kalpataru Convention at Chennai Tamilnadu2009-02-14February 14 2009 -Kalpataru Convention at Chennai Tamilnadu2009-02-14A large group photograph of many people in white and cream ritual clothes, many wearing white and red flower garlands, posed in rows on a stage before a dark curtain with decorative woven banners and a small ornate canopy above. On the left, a long-haired man in a saffron-orange robe with a white flower garland and red and yellow flower garlands stands with a smile; he has long swept-back dark hair and a bindi, and the appearance-based label Swamiji (probable) applies due to his long hair, saffron clothing and garlands. Beside him a man in a red shirt and blue jeans stands. At centre, a man in white silk dhoti and kurta with hands joined in namaste, and a woman in a white sari, both garlanded, face the scene. Next, a woman in an orange sari and a man in white shirt and dhoti hold garlands. On the right, an older man in white dhoti and shirt and a woman in a red and gold sari with pink and green garlands stand. Behind on the left, a shaven-headed priest in white and an orange-clad attendant stand near colourful flags.2007-02-15A photograph inside a plain whitewashed hall with a red-carpeted raised platform on the right. A man in an orange turban, orange top and long orange cloth, with a white flower garland around his neck, stands with palms pressed together in namaste near a second figure in orange robes. Nearby, a man in an orange robe also stands with hands folded. On the left, several people in white clothing stand in a row, including a bearded man in white kurta, a girl in a white top and pink skirt, a man in a white shirt with a garland, and an older man in a white dhoti and shirt with hands pressed together. A small table with flowers and a decorated object sits on the platform, with petals scattered on the red carpet, and a blue cooler and a speaker stand nearby.2008-07-27A photograph inside a tented hall with white walls, red and orange draped fabric and a fan. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a multicolour flower garland, with long swept-back hair, smiles at a man in a white shirt and orange shawl who kneels and reaches toward him holding a small item. Another seated person in orange sits in the foreground. A woman in white with gold border and a rudraksha mala stands at right beside a standing crowd of devotees in white and cream saris, some with garlands. A man in white with an orange shawl stands near a video camera on a tripod. Brass items and a low table with flowers sit at left.2006-10-22 +1 copiesA group photograph on a raised stage with a red-and-maroon backdrop and a large portrait above.
