July 21 20042004-07-21A seated man in orange-saffron robes sits cross-legged on a small maroon cushion in front of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. He wears an orange turban with a red tilak mark on his forehead, a long rudraksha mala around his neck, and is barefoot. His right hand is raised in a blessing gesture while his left hand rests on his knee, and he smiles. Probable Swamiji is shown with long hair falling past his shoulders, saffron clothing, and rudraksha beads, matching the page's Swamiji claim. The setting is a dirt ground beside the tree. A faint purple bird logo appears at the upper left and a appears at the lower right2004-07-21A smiling man sits cross-legged inside a hollow formed by the large pale aerial roots of a banyan tree, raising his right hand in a wave. He wears a flowing saffron-orange wrap draped over both shoulders and a small red bindi on his forehead; his dark hair falls past his shoulders. Yellow and red powder marks are smeared on the tree roots around him.2006-10-23August 18 20062006-08-18A smiling man in saffron orange cloth sits cross-legged inside a gap between large pale banyan tree roots, raising one hand in greeting. He has dark hair and a small red bindi on his forehead, and his feet are bare. Around him the thick aerial roots and buttress trunks of the banyan frame the opening, with yellow and red marks on the bark and a measuring tape lying on the ground. Pale sandy earth lies below. Whether the man is a specific individual cannot be established from appearance; he is shown as a devotee seated within the banyan roots.2006-10-23A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on a maroon cushion in front of a large banyan tree, its thick aerial roots and trunks filling the background. He wears an orange turban with a red bindi on his forehead, has long dark hair, and wears a long rudraksha mala around his neck. His right hand is raised in a blessing gesture while he smiles. Swamiji (probable): the saffron robes, long hair, orange turban and rudraksha mala are the appearance cues; he sits in outdoor meditation and blessing posture beneath the sacred banyan.2004-07-21A man sits on a flat grey rock beneath a large banyan-type tree with spreading branches and dense green leaves. He wears an orange saffron turban, an orange cloth draped over his shoulders and torso, and a long rudraksha mala of brown beads around his neck. His long dark hair falls past his shoulders, and his eyes are lowered in a calm, smiling expression. His hands are clasped together in his lap. Green shrubs and a young tree stand in the background. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron turban, rudraksha mala and saffron robes are cues for the sannyasi described on the page, but the appearance is only partly confirmed.2004-07-21A photograph of a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange garment standing beside a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots, pressing his cheek and right palm against the trunk with eyes closed. He wears a gold headband, a long gold bead necklace and has long dark hair. The setting is an outdoor garden with dense green foliage, a low concrete wall and a metal post in the background. Given the page's a person flag and the visible cues of long swept hair, gold headband, ornate gold necklace and saffron clothing, this is a probable appearance-based match for a person standing in person at the banyan tree.2010-12-27A photograph of a single seated man in meditation beneath a large banyan tree whose dense aerial roots and trunks frame the background. He wears an orange saffron turban and orange saffron robes draped over one shoulder, with long dark hair falling below the turban and multiple rudraksha malas hanging across his chest. His eyes are closed, his hands rest together in his lap, and he sits cross-legged on a small carved wooden seat with a red cushion on dry sandy ground dappled with shade.2004-07-21October 21 20062006-10-21A smiling young man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban stands barefoot in front of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and thick grey trunk. He wears a long rudraksha mala around his neck and holds it at his chest with one hand, with a red tilak on his forehead. Dappled shade falls on the dirt ground. He appears to be a sannyasi with long dark hair, and his appearance is consistent with the page's claim, with distinctive saffron clothing, turban and rudraksha cues, so this is an appearance-based probable Swamiji (probable) in person.2004-07-21December 31 20062006-12-31
