October 21 20062006-10-21Outdoor photo beneath a huge spreading banyan tree with dangling aerial roots. In the foreground, a shaved-headed monk in maroon-red robes stands barefoot, talking with a long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with bare shoulder, who has long dark swept-back hair and a warm smile. Behind them, another monk in orange robes stands at left. A man in a white shirt and jeans and another in a dark blue top and white dhoti-style clothing stand nearby. At right, a red-painted sculptural base with a carved serpent in grey and white. Sandy ground with wet patches.2006-12-24A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes stands on a stone platform, leaning his forehead and one hand against the thick aerial roots of a large banyan tree. He wears a dark rudraksha mala around his neck and has his dark hair tied in a bun. Sandy ground, a small stone structure and green foliage surround the tree. Whether this man is a person cannot be determined from appearance; he is described by role as a devotee in orange robes.2011-02-08October 07 20062006-10-07A photograph of a large, sprawling banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots and thick spreading branches over bare sandy ground. In the foreground a young person with long dark hair and a red bindi stands in an orange saffron robe with a white crutch under one arm. To the right edge, an older man in white clothes with an orange shawl stands partly cut off. The person in the orange robe has long swept hair, a bindi and saffron clothing, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm an identity, so the candidate is marked unsure.2006-10-07A photograph of a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange garment standing beside a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots, pressing his cheek and right palm against the trunk with eyes closed. He wears a gold headband, a long gold bead necklace and has long dark hair. The setting is an outdoor garden with dense green foliage, a low concrete wall and a metal post in the background. Given the page's a person flag and the visible cues of long swept hair, gold headband, ornate gold necklace and saffron clothing, this is a probable appearance-based match for a person standing in person at the banyan tree.2010-12-27October 07 20062006-10-07October 07 20062006-10-07October 07 20062006-10-07A photograph of four men beside a large ancient banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots and thick grey trunks. Three figures wear saffron-orange robes: a bald man at left with his back to the camera, a man with long dark hair in the centre looking to the side, and an older man at right in an orange robe and orange headwear whose arm rests on the shoulder of the bald figure. A fourth man at far right wears a plain white kurta and stands looking upward. The ground is sandy and green foliage fills the background.2006-11-21November 21 20062006-11-21February 25 20072007-02-25
