Devotees in orange and white garments line the route, several holding flaming torches. Ornate umbrellas with mirrored and purple fabric shade the procession, and a few people in white dhotis carry ceremonial umbrellas on the right. Trees overhang the scene, and the figure has a red and gold crown with a trunk raised in blessing.2016-09-15September 05 20162016-09-05Night procession on a dirt road lit by bright floodlights. Devotees in red and orange garments walk along both sides, many carrying tall red and orange flags and dark blue and red decorated umbrellas. In the foreground a dark chariot-like cart glows with lamps and marigold garlands, and a standing man in a light shirt holds a long-handled item near it. Crowds of onlookers line the lower edge of the frame. The scene is lit mainly by the float lights and floodlights against a dark sky.2017-08-25April 24 20132013-04-24
