A man in orange-brown dhoti and shawl with gold borders, wearing a red-and-white flower garland and a gold necklace, stands with palms pressed in namaskar. A second priest in a rust-orange turban and rudraksha mala pours liquid from a metal vessel into the fire. Two women in orange saris stand in the background, and a few devotees are visible at right near brass lamps. Offering bowls and oil lamps sit near the fire pit. The photo depicts a fire ritual, with a visible priest appearance-cued as a person by the page; the figure with the orange turban and rudraksha mala is the officiant, while the garlanded man is shown in namaskar. Identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2015-10-12Photograph of a ceremonial aarti being performed before a seated man.
