Two men in white and light striped shirts stand to the left, and a bearded man in glasses behind them watches. Behind, saffron-robed attendants and devotees fill a hall with red curtains, a projector screen, and white bases with rope barriers. The orange-robed figure with turban and gold ornaments is a person; this is an in-person scene of blessing at a gathering.2013-08-02A photograph of a ritual blessing indoors in front of red curtains. A figure in a saffron-orange turban with gold embroidered motifs, gold earrings, a gold necklace and layered rudraksha bracelets places a hand on the forehead of a kneeling man in white with a rudraksha mala and orange thread, who has his hands joined in anjali. The figure holds a folded white paper in the other hand. Behind them stand a silver ritual staff and a gold-toned ornament, with a peacock-feather fan at left. Appearance cues include a turban, saffron clothing, gold adornments and rudraksha malas, consistent with Swamiji (probable) performing a blessing.2014-08-03A photograph of a seated man in a red-orange turban, red-orange robe, gold bangles and rudraksha beads blessing a bowed, white-haired elderly man in white with an orange shawl. The seated figure rests his right hand on the elder's head while holding a gold-tipped staff nearby. Behind them stand a man in red-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a kneeling man in cream dhoti. A brass oil lamp, a red cloth backdrop and a golden throne are visible, and a camera on a tripod is in the background. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears a red-orange turban, gold necklaces and bangles on a throne, and rudraksha-adorned ceremonial dress.2016-07-10
