A seated man in saffron clothing with long dark hair and a rudraksha mala sits on a red velvet throne with gold trim, extending his hand to give a small object to a young child in a pink top and blue shorts. A man in a grey t-shirt with an orange shawl kneels beside the child, holding out his cupped hands. Burgundy velvet drapes hang in the background. The seated figure's long hair, saffron garments and rudraksha beads suggest a person, though identity is uncertain from appearance alone. Visible people: three.2013-02-28February 28 20132013-02-28A man with long swept-back hair, white forehead paint and a red bindi sits on a golden throne with red tiger-striped cushions, wearing a rust-orange wrap with yellow borders and a long rudraksha mala. He gestures with one hand while speaking. Facing him, a woman in a pink sari with a gold border and a long braid holds a small child in a white top, who looks toward the speaker. A red lattice screen and ornate gold carvings frame the stage set.2013-07-23February 22 20132013-02-22A photograph of a man in an orange saffron robe with a rudraksha mala and white tilak on his forehead, long dark hair swept back, smiling as he places his palm on the head of a small child in a yellow outfit. A seated adult in a green-and-white striped shirt leans in from the right. The man holds small wrapped sweets or prasad in his other hand, and a child's hand reaches toward them. Behind is a plain cream wall and a black speaker. The man shows distinctive saffron robes, a rudraksha mala and long hair, so he is a probable Swamiji candidate blessing the child in person.2013-02-22A seated man in saffron-orange draped clothing and multiple beaded rudraksha-style malas with gold ornaments rests his hand on the head of a small toddler in a checked shirt and orange shorts. The man, seated on a red velvet throne-like chair in front of a gold-ornate backdrop and purple drapes, smiles and holds a small object in his other hand. A lap-level adult arm supports the child at left. Swamiji (probable): the saffron clothing, swept-back long hair, and heavy beaded malas with gold necklace are the qualifying cues for a seated blessing (darshan-style) scene in an ashram setting.2013-02-27February 24 20132013-02-24A photograph of a long-haired bearded man in a rust-red sannyasi wrap and gold necklace, seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne, smiling and raising a gold-ringed hand toward a baby held by a woman in a cream patterned blouse at left. Behind him is a golden deity murti and a gold trident-topped pole with a kalasha-like lamp stand. A white vibhuti line marks his forehead. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, rudraksha-style gold ornaments, ochre sannyasi clothing and a crown-like throne setting; the appearance cues qualify, so he is the probable Swamiji. The woman holding the infant is a devotee, and the baby wears a white outfit with pink accents.2017-05-08July 08 20142014-07-08A seated man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair and a red-and-white flower garland places his right hand on the head of a young girl in a white top with pink ruffles, who is held by a woman in a cream and gold sari with a red border. The woman bows her head; a gold bangle and beaded bracelets are visible on her wrists. Behind them a standing woman in orange clothing with a yellow border stands near a red curtain. The seated man, with long swept-back hair and a long red and white garland, is a person in a blessing role, giving a blessing to the child. Small offerings sit on a tray in the foreground.2013-05-28February 18 20132013-02-18May 02 20172017-05-02
