The liquid streams down over the statue's hand and body. Behind it, a blurred large portrait in orange and saffron tones shows a smiling man, and a bowl of red fruit sits on the right.2012-01-08A devotee's hand, wrapped with white and red threads, holds up a brass oil lamp with a lit flame and rising smoke during aarti before a richly decorated deity murti. The murti is adorned with gold jewelry, white garlands and red cloth. Blurred gold and red shrine décor and brass lamps fill the background. No clearly identifiable a person appears in the frame.2017-02-01A photograph of a ritual at a riverside shrine. In the left foreground, a figure in an orange-saffron robe with long dark hair holds a lit oil lamp (aarti) toward a gilded deity murti. The central gilded four-armed deity stands beneath an ornate golden arch topped with a kirtimukha motif, flanked by two smaller gilded-and-red-clad figures on pedestals holding offerings. In the soft background, a man in a white shirt and striped red-and-white vest stands near pale turquoise buildings. The deity murti is shown in a gilded finish with red draped cloth on the side figures.2006-05-27November 10 20112011-11-10November 01 20112011-11-01
