A crowd gathers outdoors under leafy trees in daylight. In the foreground a man in an orange turban, orange robe and rudraksha mala stands with palms pressed together in namaste, smiling broadly. Beside him a man in white clothes with an orange shawl, glasses and a red tilak presses his hands together. Other men in white shirts and dhotis, some with orange shawls, surround them, with more onlookers and a few women in saris behind. The appearance-based candidate for the figure in orange is consistent with a person, but the face cannot be confirmed, so identity is uncertain.2007-01-12A photograph of people walking along a stone colonnade with carved pillars at a temple. In front, a man in a saffron-orange robe and a heavy gold necklace with a large pendant walks with his hands raised. Beside him, a man with long swept-back hair wears a white shirt with an orange shawl, holds a garland of red flowers, and keeps a hand near his face. Behind them, a man in a blue-and-white striped shirt with a white tilak on his forehead walks alongside an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti. A woman in a white sari with a red border and another woman in orange appear at the left edge. The saffron-robed man has a distinctive long-haired, ornate appearance consistent with a person, but the identification is uncertain.2009-08-01May 08 20122012-05-08 +1 copiesMay 22 20122012-05-22 +1 copiesNovember 24 20062006-11-24Photograph of a group walking through a doorway in a plain interior. A long-haired man in a saffron-orange robe with a rudraksha mala and red markings on his chest, smiling and gesturing with his hand, is at centre. Beside him a man in white shirt and dhoti walks in the foreground. Behind them men in white dhotis and shirts, one wearing an orange shawl, follow, and a man at left holds a garland of yellow and pink flowers. A woven mat lies on the floor at bottom, and a printed notice is pinned to the wall at right. Swamiji (probable) is the long-haired man in the orange robe, identified by his long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala; he is in person.2006-12-17Photograph of a group walking across a bare concrete courtyard beside a pale wall with a faded blue-grey base. A central figure in an orange saffron robe and orange head wrap wears a long white jasmine garland and a rudraksha mala, and walks barefoot. Around him, men in white shirts and white dhotis walk alongside; one holds a red and white banner with an emblem. On the right, a man in white dhoti and shirt wears an orange shawl and a rudraksha mala and gestures toward the group. A small temple shrine with colourful decoration is visible at upper left.2006-11-25July 27 20062006-07-27October 07 20062006-10-07Outdoor evening gathering at night under a white umbrella with fringed edge held by a man in grey shirt.
