A man in orange-saffron robes with long swept-back hair, red and gold flower garlands, rudraksha malas, a gold necklace and bangle-style armbands stands at right, holding a folded white paper while placing his right hand on the head of a young man in a white kurta. The young man stands with palms pressed together in namaste. The robed figure has white vertical tilak and a red dot on his forehead. Behind them, other people in white and saffron stand near a dark backdrop. Appearance-based label: Swamiji (probable) for the robed figure with distinctive saffron robes, long hair, garlands and malas; the young man is a devotee receiving blessing.2013-01-12Indoor satsang scene with warm orange-red lighting. In the foreground, a bare-shouldered man with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and a gold earring extends his right hand to rest on the head of a seated devotee in a white shirt with an orange shawl. Beside them, a younger man in an orange shawl and a second man in white stand watching, and more people are visible at the back. The bare-shouldered figure wears a layered rudraksha mala and appears to be giving a blessing. Behind them hangs a red curtain and a projection screen. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation moment within a group gathering.2012-07-20September 17 20122012-09-17August 09 20172017-08-09 +1 copiesA photograph of a satsang-style gathering. A person with long dark hair, bare-shouldered, wearing an orange shawl over the shoulder, a rudraksha mala and a gold hoop earring, places his right hand on the forehead of a man in a white collared shirt with a rudraksha mala, who stands with palms pressed together in namaste and eyes closed. Behind them, out of focus, a man in grey and another in orange clothing stand near red curtains.
