In the foreground, a person's hand wearing a thick, multi-strand rudraksha bracelet with gold beads and a blue-and-purple thread holds a small red-orange cloth bundle tied with string. Another hand with a silver bangle reaches in from the upper left, and a red-orange garment sleeve and fabric fill the frame. The dark wooden surface of a chair arm is visible at the right. Details suggest a personal blessing or ceremonial handover of a sacred object rather than a formal stage event.2015-07-12Close-up photograph of two pairs of hands during a ritual. On the left, a bare forearm in saffron/orange clothing with a dark rudraksha mala hangs over the lap, and the hand is held in a closed mudra-like grip. On the right, another hand grasps an ornate gold and orange ritual vessel with a decorated handle and a gold base, while a figure in orange and gold garments sits beside it. The setting appears to be a puja or abhishekam, with the ritual object held in the hand near the lap. The image shows only hands and clothing, with no visible face.2010-08-30June 01 20122012-06-01 +1 copiesJuly 13 20132013-07-13Close-up photograph of a person in an orange saffron garment holding a dark brown rudraksha mala with one hand, while the other hand rests on a large ornate golden vessel with a repousse pattern that catches warm light. The right hand holds a small brass hand bell with a flared rim, fingers closed around its handle. A ring is visible on one finger, and an orange cushion lies beside the seated figure. Only hands, forearms and torso are visible; no face is shown. The bell suggests puja or chanting, but the framing shows only a hand and bell.2013-03-01Close-up photo of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes holding a long rudraksha mala of dark brown beads strung on silver wire. The hand is raised at chest level, fingers working the beads. Gilded ornate metal objects, possibly a golden staff or ritual implement, rest on the orange cloth in the lower frame. The background is dark and blurred. Only arms and hands are visible, with no face shown.2010-09-20Close photograph of a seated figure in orange robes and layered rudraksha malas holding a small brass bell in one hand, with a larger brass bell resting in the other hand near the lap. Wrist bands and a bead bracelet are visible. In the blurred foreground, other hands and forearms are visible, and a red cloth covers a lap at lower left. The focus is on the hands and ritual bells rather than the face. A large-scale photograph of ritual handling of bells, with an orange clothed figure and rudraksha beads in the frame.
