June 16 20142014-06-16Evening procession on a red carpet at an outdoor shrine. In the foreground, a young boy in saffron-orange robes bends over a long curved gold horn, while a drummer in orange on the right plays a large drum. Behind them, a man in a maroon-and-gold garment with a white flower garland walks forward, flanked by people in white dhotis and orange robes. Behind the procession, a red-draped shrine with a gilded arch holds a deity murti, and a blue-topped umbrella and a decorated standard are raised near the crowd.2014-06-16August 05 20142014-08-05Two young boys in saffron-orange robes play curved brass horns, one on each side of a red carpet laid across a pale concrete courtyard at dusk. Behind them, two drummers in orange with drums slung across their bodies stand near a shrine lit with red and gold decorations holding a deity murti under a roofed canopy. Palm trees and dense trees frame the scene, and a few spectators in lighter clothing stand at the right edge. The boys stand facing the carpet as a ceremonial welcome.2014-06-16June 16 20142014-06-16January 14 20182018-01-14A procession moves along a red carpet under an open-sided hall at dusk, with palm trees behind. Central figure wears an orange-and-gold dhoti and a long white flower garland, holding a curved ceremonial horn. Around him, men in orange and saffron robes and rudraksha malas carry a tall fan-like parasol with blue and orange trim, a trident, a kalasha-type pot and curved horns. A drummer in orange beats a drum at left, and two boys in dark tracksuits walk ahead, one holding a horn. Several men in white dhotis stand at right. The scene reads as a ritual procession.2014-06-16November 05 20132013-11-05June 16 20142014-06-16July 08 20132013-07-08August 05 20142014-08-05July 07 20172017-07-07
