December 11 20122012-12-11A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a long garland of white and yellow flowers sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion in a red-draped hall, with a gold pedestal footstool and a ceremonial trident-like staff beside him. Around him on the red carpet sit about ten devotees in white, red and patterned clothing, several wearing rudraksha malas, some with hands folded or offering brass plates of flowers, red kumkum and petals before the throne, consistent with a padapuja. Swamiji (probable) is the seated figure, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron robes, ceremonial garland and throne. Sheer gold drapes hang at the top right and a potted plant stands at the back.2014-08-04May 20 20142014-05-20October 12 20172017-10-12A seated woman with long dark hair wears a red and black garment with a red shawl, sitting on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion. Behind her stands a golden arched shrine holding deity murtis draped in garlands of yellow and white flowers. Around the throne, seated devotees in white dhotis and white clothes wear red and orange shawls and hold brass plates and offerings; one person holds a flower-filled plate. Flower arrangements of yellow and purple blooms sit at the left, and a brass kalasha stands nearby. The scene appears to be a paada pooja or darshan setting.2014-12-30A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions, wearing a long white-and-beaded mala necklace and a red tilak on his forehead. His bare right foot rests on a silver tray of red flower petals. Before him on the floor, a woman in a white top and blue trousers sits with hands folded in prayer, and a bald young man in orange robes beside a lectern holds a sheet of paper and reads aloud. A woman in orange cloth with folded hands sits nearby, and a blonde woman in white kneels at the left edge. Portions of other people appear at the bottom edge. A black speaker sits on a stand at left, and a wall lamp lights the cream walls and red patterned carpet. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's identification, but facial features are not used to confirm it.2014-01-11May 27 20152015-05-27A ceremonial puja scene in a hall with a gold-framed throne. A seated man in an orange robe and a garland of yellow, purple and white flowers sits on a gilded seat, with a second garland draped over the throne. Before him, a man in a purple shawl and grey jacket sits with hands folded. Around them, several people in white ritual dhotis and shawls, including a bald man with a tilak and a woman in white with a yellow shawl, sit with palms pressed together. Brass plates of fruit, pink lotus flowers and oil lamps are arranged on the floor. A deity murti in a gold setting with floral garlands stands behind.2010-10-12October 26 20102010-10-26January 03 20162016-01-03A photograph inside an ornate hall with blue carpeting and a golden throne. A man seated on a gilded red throne wears an orange-and-red turban with a flower ornament, a long pink and white flower garland, a leopard-print cloth around his waist and an orange wrap, and raises a silver trident with one hand. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure's long hair-free turban, layered saffron-orange clothing, garland and ceremonial trident match a distinctive ritual presentation, though the face is not used for identification. Before him, a group sits on the floor: a man in white with an orange shawl and a rudraksha mala palms together, a woman in white with an orange shawl holds a brass plate, a man in white with an orange scarf sits with hands joined, a woman in a white and yellow sari holds a small brass lamp, and a woman in a purple top sits in the foreground. A flower-petal offering tray sits near the throne. An empty golden throne and a standing elderly man in orange appear in the background, with a large banner behind the throne.2014-05-11A photo from a temple-like hall during an evening ritual. A bearded man with long hair sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, wearing a saffron-brown robe, a long gold necklace, and a white-and-pink flower garland. He is the probable Swamiji by the stated cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, and ornate gold necklace, seated as the honoured figure. Nearby, a woman in a white kurta with embroidered orange border stands with her hands together, and a woman in a green blouse and cream sari gestures with her hands. A bare-chested man in white dhoti and a man in a white shirt sit in the foreground. Behind them are large colourful deity statues draped in flower garlands, brass oil lamps, and a tray of yellow flowers, red fruit and oranges at lower right.2016-12-02
