A seated man with long hair swept back wears a white dhoti with a gold border and an orange-red rudraksha mala over his shoulder, eyes closed in meditation with a white tripundra and red bindi on his forehead. Surrounding him, several people in saffron and orange robes and red garments sit on a mat, some holding small oil lamps. Brass lamps and offerings lie on a low platform at right. Brass lamps, oil lamps and offerings suggest a puja. Seven or more physically visible people appear in the scene.2014-06-10A photograph of a shaved-headed sannyasi in an orange saffron robe with a red border, wearing a long rudraksha mala and red-brown rudraksha bracelets, holding a lit brass oil lamp in his right hand while a small vessel rests in his left. He sits on a red mat among seated devotees in white ritual clothes with tilak markings, several with hands folded in anjali and rudraksha malas. Behind him, a man with palms pressed together and a bare-chested man in white are visible. The setting suggests a satsang or puja gathering with the lamp offering as the focus.2014-08-24September 16 20142014-09-16January 12 20172017-01-12November 28 20142014-11-28January 12 20172017-01-12A young man with long dark hair tied back sits bare-chested in the foreground, holding a small brass oil lamp aloft in his right hand while looking toward it. He wears a white dhoti-style wrap with a gold border, a gold bangle and ring, and a red bindi on his forehead. Behind him, blurred seated people in white and orange clothing sit in a hall with red draping. Appearance cues include long swept-back hair, ceremonial gold jewellery and a gold-bordered wrap, consistent with Swamiji (probable) performing an aarti with an oil lamp during a satsang setting.2013-06-18Photograph of a seated group of sannyasi-style devotees in orange-saffron cloth performing a ritual with lit oil lamps and incense on a low brass tray in the foreground. The central young man, bare-chested with rudraksha malas and beaded bracelets, holds a small lamp and a bell-like object while looking down. Others beside him wear white horizontal forehead marks and orange shawls, some holding lamps and incense sticks. Blurred figures and warm walls fill the background of an indoor hall.2017-01-04
