A smiling man sits on an ornate gilded throne with a carved golden crown-shaped top and lion-form armrests, against a dark slate wall. He wears an orange-red shawl over bare shoulders, an orange rudraksha mala and a long gold beaded necklace, with gold bracelets on his wrists. He raises a small brass hand bell in his right hand while his left arm rests on the armrest. Brass oil lamps hang from chains on both sides, and a small oil lamp burns on the left. Painted figures in green and orange flank the frame.
