Foreground centre, an elderly bald man with white beard and glasses wears a white shirt and a long rudraksha mala, sitting with a plain expression. Behind him a teenage boy in saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas sits upright, while younger boys in orange and gold-bordered dhotis and white sacred ash marks on their foreheads sit around them. At right, a man in white with a red tilak and rudraksha mala holds his hands in namaskar. The crowd behind is visibly larger, with many boys in white, orange and red clothing, and the setting appears to be a formal ritual gathering.2015-06-03June 13 20132013-06-13February 16 20162016-02-16A large outdoor group of devotees sits in rows on striped mats before a black stone deity murti garlanded with yellow and orange flowers, beside a red-walled courtyard. Many wear saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas; a few women wear white or patterned saris. In the foreground a bald priest in white dhoti with a red-and-white shawl and rudraksha mala sits beside brass kalasha pots, bowls and a tray of offerings, while a young man in saffron with a red tilak sits nearby. Brass lamps and vessels are set on the mats.2016-08-18August 13 20162016-08-13December 31 20112011-12-31July 23 20122012-07-23
