March 03 20112011-03-03A photograph inside a bright hall with pale pink walls and a tall painted pillar. A central man with long dark swept-back hair wears a white draped garment, a red-cord necklace, a rudraksha mala with gold ornaments, a red tilak and gold armbands, walking forward. Beside him a shaved-headed attendant in an orange robe and gold-beaded necklace carries a white tray, and on the right an orange-clad person holds a silver plate of offerings. Behind them a man in yellow and white stands near others in white and yellow clothing, and a woman in white and a woman in teal clothing are visible in the background. The scene looks like a temple ritual procession with offerings being carried.2011-02-12November 21 20102010-11-21Night procession at a temple ground with a red-brown wall behind. In front, a man with long swept-back dark hair, saffron-orange robes, gold-bead necklaces and a rudraksha-style mala walks beside a bald man in saffron robes with gold-trimmed red border and a gold chain. Behind them, white-clad priests in white dhotis and red-orange shawls carry ornate triangular umbrellas with red, yellow and blue embroidered panels on tall poles. Women in white saris with red-orange borders walk behind, and a gold staff tops one umbrella pole. The long-haired figure matches the a person cues (long hair, saffron clothing, bead adornments), so this is a probable identification from appearance only.2010-11-21A photograph of a temple walkway with a procession of people moving through a dim interior. In the foreground a man with long dark hair, white tripundra marks on his forehead and a red dot, wears a red shawl draped over his shoulder and a heavy gold bead necklace; he is the most prominent figure and appears to be a probable Swamiji by his long hair, gold necklace and red attire. Behind him, a monk in saffron robes with a gold necklace and a second saffron-clad man with marked forehead and arms stand beside him. Further back, men in white dhotis and a figure holding a tall umbrella-style ceremonial staff with red and gold pennants are visible. On the right wall, a pillar with a decorative red and yellow design and a framed group photo and a bird logo are visible, with a yellow ceremonial banner nearby.2010-12-22A photograph of a procession walking down a red carpet through an orange-walled hall with a corrugated roof. At the centre, a figure in an orange-red robe with a gold-beaded necklace and a rudraksha-style garland walks barefoot under a multicoloured canopy umbrella, with long hair swept back. Behind him, devotees in white dhotis and orange shawls follow, along with women in cream and beige saris.
