Description

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, is the visionary through whom this whole revival of KAILASA is made possible. On this day, HDH inaugurated the Sadashiva Mandapam, the largest Shiva Temple in the world, at the Sri Nithyanandeshwara Devasthanam Bengaluru, the first golden temple for Paramashiva.

ParamaShiva had golden temples earlier; Thanjai Periya Kovil ❲Brihadeeswarar Temple❳ was golden temple. But, unfortunately, during the invasions, the gold was stripped off. The whole Thanjai Periya Kovil tower was gold covered. ParamaShiva had golden temples earlier, but now, in the modern era, this will be the first golden temple for ParamaShiva. Usually kings or rishis or devas build temples. Now, for Himself, He Himself is building for Himself! His Divine Holiness is building for Himself!

After almost 250 years, the temple construction began on 14 April 2018. Finally, around Kalpavriksha, Banyan Tree beautiful stone temple the construction is happening. The Swayambhu Nithyanandeshwara’s home is getting rebuilt. It is documented today that those who walk in with devotion in their heart just start manifesting powers. One step in this temple showers humanity! Once completed, the whole temple will be the world’s largest Shiva temple. And the main part of the temple, the Garbhagriha inside, and Mukha Mandapa, Ardha Mandapa, Maha Mandapa, Vasantha Mandapa, all that will be gold coated. Done in stone and gold coated; that’ll be the uniqueness of our temple. Gold is directly coated on the stone. And gold layers and lacquer coating.

a beautiful Avatar Leela - A Performance Of The Divine Life Stories Of HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam]], was performed by the Rudrakanyas of the Nithyananda Order with all delegates receiving the special Darshan of Paramashiva.

Sri Nithyanandeshwara Devasthanam Bengaluru

His Holiness Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda Swami inaugurates the Sadashiva Mandapam of the largest Shiva temple in the world - Sri Nithyanandeshwara Devasthanam Bengaluru

The grand Hindu rituals & celebrations for the launch of the Sadashiva Mandapam of Nithyanandeshwara Sadashiva Devasthanam started on 12th April and culminated in the official inauguration on 14th April 2018, the auspicious Tamil New Year day. The Sadashiva Mandapam is graced by living deities of Sadashiva, Devi, Kapila Muni the founder of Mahanirvani Akhada and His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Living Avatar as per Hinduism. The Mula deity is the 1000-year old Linga, which has been worshipped by Bhagavan Sri Ram Himself and is the very embodiment of Sadashiva. The auspicious time of inauguration was Nithya Yuga, 41st Year of Sri Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Vilambi year, month of Chittirai, Krishna Pakshem Tryodasi, Uttaratadi Nakshatra.

The Nithyanandeshwara Sadashiva Devasthanam will be the largest Shiva temple in the world. The visionary and architect of this grand testament of humanity to the divine is the 1008th Mahanirvani Akhada Sri Mahamandaleshwara Jagatguru Bhagavan Sri La Sri Paramahamsa Nithyananda Sri Jnanasambandha Desika Swaminam, avatar of Sadashiva as per Hinduism. This celebration on April 14 marks phase 1 of the construction of the pillared hall to be covered in over 2,000 kg of silver, 100 kg gold, and precious gems -- all as a tribute to celebrate Lord Sadashiva and His contributions to humanity.

The grand opening of the Sadashiva Mandapam started with a three-day marathon of pujas, homas and rituals. As is the signature of Nithyananda temples, rituals conducted were exactly as stipulated in the Shastras, the Shiavagamas. The auspicious happening kicked off with the Mahaganapati Homa followed by the Navagraha Homa and Lakshmi Homa, after which the Maha Rudra Parayanam was started. The Maharudra Parayanam is the ritual where the sacred Rudram is chanted a total of 1331 times. This was then followed by the ritualistic Bali Pravesham , which is traditionally conducted before entering into and occupying the land to propitiate the energies who reside and protect the land.

On the day of inauguration, devotees thronged to Nithyananda Peetam Bengaluru Aadheenam, They welcomed His Holiness with a grand procession leading to the temple. The grand finale was the Maha Rudra homa and Parayanam and the Shatru Samhara Trishati homa. The kalasha waters were offered in abishekam - sacred bath - to the Svyambhu Nithyanandeshwara Sadashiva Linga.

Thousands of people physically at Nithyananda Peetam and online across hundreds of centers across the world bore witness to the grandest temple opening of Mahasadashiva and receive blessings of the temple that is set to become a pilgrimage place for billions! The day concluded with the most awaited satsang by His Holiness. Swamiji announced that the temple would run 24 hours a day and offer all the services as per Shivagamas - all free of any charge. These include Saatvik prasad, Spiritual counselling, Astrology counseling, Gemology counseling, Rudraksha counseling, Pujas to Ishta devata, Life celebrations such as annaprasnam, namakaranam and marriages and more.
