Sasi is situated in the neck, back, heel and the lower back. When one practises frequent recakas and by visualising concentrates on apana from place to place, it is called urdhvaja-kumbhaka. Practice of this for two ghatikas (48 minutes) leads to parakaya-pravesa siddhi (ability to enter into another body).54-55
