dakñäghrià vämapädasya jaìghopari nidhäya ca | dvyaù päëià jänupärçvayoù spåçetkumitaräìghriëä evaàvidhäsannayatra tatraikäìghryäsanaà bhavet | raktaçuddhiranena syäjjvaranäçaà ca mülataù ॥20॥
Translation
one stands on one leg, the other foot is placed on opposite thigh. Hands are hanging on sides touching the knees.
