From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda.  In this talk Nithyananda  expounds on Shiva Sutras which are techniques given by Shiva to Devi to directly experience enlightenment.  Nithyananda  tells us in this sutra Shiva starts with where people are and leads them to the Ultimate experience.  Shiva beautifully connects Shankara and Ramanuja philosophies of advaitha and dvaitha respectively.  Shiva gives a great respect to the path of devotion and declares devotion is one of the ultimate techniques to achieve enlightenment.
