Description
In today’s morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) continues interpreting the tale of Nachiketa, the child who journeyed to meet Yama Lord of Death. Nachiketa received three boons from Yama, the first being that his father would live in peace, harmony and honor. The second boon the boy requested was to understand the mystery of death in order to help the world. Yama’s description in the Katopanishad is cryptic; today Nithyananda decodes it. Yama describes many worlds, each one having a different beginning time: this is to clarify that the universe is eternal. The real mystery of death is that there is no death! Yama gives instructions on how to travel from world to world, and as a third boon names the travel ritual after Nachiketa himself.

So nice, it feels so nice, I feel so energetic and alive, because I stood by My commitment to conduct the class whole night, without missing one minute late to any session I conducted. You see, I make them understand when I am not, when they are not up to the mark. Same way I should also make them understand, when they are up to the mark. So I want to.. see, when they are not matching with My anyakara, I make them understand, realize. So, when they meet My anyakara, I should also make them understand, hmm, that they are meeting My standard, meeting the anyakara, I am happy. Beautiful.

I tell you guys one thing, from My own experience. It feels so nice when you stand with integrity by your commitment. With authenticity and integrity, when you stand by your commitment it feels so nice. You have so much of confidence. This is the first program I honored in different time zone; different time zone, without missing one session, one minute.
See, I always had authenticity in My being, but did not bother to make it as a every moment day to day life routine. I always thought I can afford it. Its Ok. I can afford if I don't want to create Sangha, if I just want to be lying down on a couch, if I just want to be a, an enlightened being, an enlightened Master. But, when I commit to enrich the world with Nithyananda Sangha, I can't afford to live without expressing all those qualities of integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching in every moment of My action.

So, I am also very happy about what I am doing. Understand, that's a main thing. I don't feel I am sacrificing something or bound by some rules, No. I'm so happy. So beautiful, now the whole Sangha, suddenly last thirteen days, so much of transformation in every individual. People feel we have a authentic purpose to exist. We have a authentic purpose to live the way we are living.
Understand. When you understand the authenticity of your existence, you radiate so much of energy. I don't feel tired at all, I don't feel like sleeping. If I had the whole night session morning satsang I would have bunked. Now, not only I am sitting, I am going to continue for hours now; because this subject is vibrating in My heart: Authenticity, authenticity, authenticity.

I'll start today's subject, satsang. I'll continue on authenticity. The Kathopanishad. So, Yama gave the first boon to Nachiketa. Now, next sloka, Nachiketa says
स्वर्गे लोके न भयं किञ्चनास्ति न तत्र त्वं न जरया बिभेति। उभे तीर्त्वाऽशनायापिपासे शोकातिगो मोदते स्वर्गलोके ॥ svarge loke na bhayaṁ kiñcanāsti na tatra tvaṁ na jarayā bibheti | ubhe tīrtvā'śanāyāpipāse śokātigo modate svargaloke ||
In Sanskrit I also have my thick Tamil accent, in Tamil that: Ta-tha-da-dha ka-kha-ga-gha. There is no separate Ka Kha Ga Gha. So My thick accent will come, it's okay you manage. Hmm. I have an exemption, Ashaprayoga it is called. Any Prayoga done by master, becomes the grammar in Sanskrit. So, we don't need to worry about grammar in Sanskrit.
The translation, In the realm of heaven there is no fear. Thou are not there, means: death. Yama, you are not there, nor is there fear of old age. Having crossed beyond both hunger and thirst and being above grief, they rejoice in heaven.

Please understand, with this boon, Nachiketa goes to the extreme of finding the root, finding the solution, for the root cause problem. God! It is not that his father was affected, with HIV goes to Yama and takes medicine only for his father, let his father survive, be cured, all others let them die. No. He first takes medicine for his father. Then ask the formula of the medicine, to cure whole worlds HIV. One of the biggest disease the whole world is suffering is: Desire to exist forever. Longevity, longevity. It's unfortunate, people are very inauthentic with this desire. If you are authentic, there is some part which is you, exists forever beyond death - if you realize that part, you can be like that. But that is long route. People don't want that. They want very shortcut and they wanted the body and mind which they already know, very comfortable, to live forever with them.
Understand the law of existence - ‘You will live forever, but your possessions cannot’. You forget your body and mind is your possessions. It is not you. You forget, your body and mind is your possession not you. If you want to be forever eternally, granted immediately, you are eternal. But, you think: “No, no, no, no no, my possessions also should be eternal with me.” It cannot be. And you yourself will feel terribly bored if your possessions stay with you forever.

People should be made to understand, if you want to retain your body forever, your same wife will be with you forever. Then come on, now let Me see how many wants. Your same spouse will be there with you forever. Just this knowledge is enough. People will (Laughing). Your same husband or same wife will be there with you forever. (Laughing). Because you are trying to ask eternity for your possession; which is not only impossible, fortunately impossible.
svarge loke na bhayaṁ kiñcanāsti na tatra tvaṁ na jarayā bibheti | ubhe tīrtvā'śanāyāpipāse śokātigo modate svargaloke ||
Nachiketa said: In the realm of heaven there's no fear, thou death are not there. Nor is there fear of old age, having crossed beyond both hunger and thirst, above being grief, being above grief, they rejoice in heaven. Means: There's a solution for the source disease of desire for longevity.

Why his father was inauthentic? His desire for longevity, made him inauthentic and he wants to do the sacrifice, but he does not want to follow all the rules with integrity. Just yesterday, I decided not to give up on My disciples and today see the result. So this proves the power of this great tattva - ‘If you decide that you will not give up even for hundreds of years, you will have the result this moment in one second. If you think you want the result in one second, even in one hundred years, you will not achieve it.’

Nachiketas father Vajashravas, was having the deep desire to live forever. To enjoy the pleasures of life, but he is inauthentic towards the process through which he can achieve it. He was trying to keep his body alive. Even if he has performed that sacrifice with authenticity, his body would have been alive only for few hundred more years. But, Nachiketa wants to solve this issue once for all, for the whole humanity. Only a personality like Nachiketa, can think even liberating the whole humanity, with this kind of problems, from this kind of problems.

He continues in the next verse:
स त्वमग्निं स्वर्ग्यमध्येषि मृत्यो प्रब्रूहि त्वं श्रद्दधानाय मह्यम्। स्वर्गलोका अमृतत्वं भजन्त एतद् द्वितीयेन वृणे वरेण ॥
sa tvamagniṁ svargyamadhyeṣi mṛtyo prabrūhi tvaṁ śraddadhānāya mahyam | svargalokā amṛtatvaṁ bhajanta etad dvitīyena vṛṇe vareṇa ||
Thou knowest oh death, the fire sacrifice that leads to heaven. Tell this to me, who am full of Shraddha, they who live in the realm of heaven, enjoy freedom from death. This, I beg as my second Boon.
When you have Shraddha, you will not feel yourself egoistic when you say you have Shraddha. When I said yesterday I honored with authenticity My commitment, I don't feel egoistic. I just rejoice. In this verse, Nachiketa says: I am full of Shraddha, tell this to me. Means, I will not misuse this science. I am very authentic when I ask you to give me this knowledge and science.
He says: “You know, Oh death, the fire sacrifice that leads to heaven”. Means where people live beyond death. The root cause of the desire to live is because of the fear that they will die. He's asking, “Give me the science of going beyond the fear once for all, so that I share this science with the whole world and whole world is liberated, from the problem with which my father was suffering and behaving inauthentically.”

He ask beautifully: “Oh Lord, tell me the science.” All kids, Vajrasana, freeze your body. He says beautifully: “Tell me the knowledge, science of going to heaven, where there is no death, where people are beyond hunger and thirst, where people are beyond grief.” That is why he describes heaven clearly I want this kind of heaven, the sacrifice for this kind of heaven; not your own version of heaven. He's very conscious about what he wants. And he says: “I am full of Shraddha, I want this to enrich the world, not for anything else.”
So, he uses a very beautiful word: “This I beg as my second Boon.” Nachiketa, just makes me floored by his sacrifice, dedication to enrich others, by his dedication to enrich others.

Every word I am uttering is so important. Listen. Shravana. Listen as if your life depended on it. And it is, your life is depending of what I am saying. And if you listen, you will ‘Wonderstand.’ I'm creating a new word. Not just understand, you will ‘Wonderstand’.

Anything which clicks with your heart immediately, makes a music in your heart, sings in your heart; you can't use the small word “understanding” for it. ‘Wonderstanding’. And if you receive the energy by the Nayana Deeksha and Kundalini jumps, it is ‘Thunderstanding’. 😊 If you hear what happens to you is understanding, if you listen what happens to you is ‘Wonderstanding’. If you receive what happens to you is ‘Thunderstanding’. So, now it is time for Wonderstanding, not just understanding.

Listen. Listen. Listen. When you listen, just by listening you will transform the people who are talking. So many of My disciples, they are such strong sannyasis, such strong beings in their integrity and authenticity, but unfortunately they miss listening. Extraordinary integrity and authenticity but still they miss listening. Understand, there are no extraordinary speakers, orators. There are only extraordinary listeners. Extraordinary listeners create extraordinary speakers. If you listen to whatever I am talking, you will understand, I am an extraordinary listener. I speak only what I heard.
Listening, listening, listening. What I heard from the street vendors, what I heard from ordinary visitors, What I heard from My own disciples, all that becomes lesson for Me; and it is My listening made Me as orator. So learn to listen. I speak what you need, because I hear when you speak; because I listen when you speak, I know what you need and I speak exactly that. I know what to speak to transform you, because I listen. When I listen, I listen to what you speak and what you don't speak but want to speak. That is why many time, after reading the letter you gave, I’ll be giving completely different solution; because the solution is for many things you want to say you did not say.

Beautifully, Nachiketa floors the whole world by his second boon, second request. Atleast, second request he couldn have asked for enlightenment, then he could have gone to third. “Thou knowest Oh death, the fire sacrifice that leads to heaven, tell this to me, who am full of Shraddha, they who live in the, live in the realm of heaven, enjoy freedom from death. This I beg as my second boon.”

The next sloka comes. Yama is also listening. Beautiful, the next verse is Yama replied:
प्र ते ब्रवीमि तदु मे निबोध स्वर्ग्यमग्निं नचिकेतः प्रजानन्। अनन्तलोकाप्तिमथो प्रतिष्ठां विद्धि त्वमेतं निहितं गुहायाम् ॥
pra te bravīmi tadu me nibodha svargyamagniṁ naciketaḥ prajānan | anantalokāptimatho pratiṣṭhāṁ viddhi tvametaṁ nihitaṁ guhāyām ||
I know... Yama replied: “I know well that fire which leads to the realm of heaven. I shall tell it to you, listen to me. Know, Oh Nachiketa, that this is the means of attaining endless worlds and their support. It is hidden in the heart of all beings.” He says, I know well that fire which leads to the realm of heaven, I shall tell it to you, listen to me. Know Oh Nachiketa, that, this is the means of attaining endless worlds and their support. It is hidden in the heart of all beings.”

Nachiketa [Yama] gives this Boon. He says: “I'll tell you, listen to me. I'll give you the science of endless worlds and receiving their support.” It is hidden in the hearts of all beings.” Means, there is part of you - Akshara - unperishable, imperishable. Part of you which you associate yourself, is perishable. Becoming the part of you which is unperishable, which is in your heart is the science. The more and more you become subtle, the more and more the space you are going to live is endless.
If you are in the physical body it's hundred years. if you are in the pranic body, established in the pranic body, your life will be thousand years. If you are established in the subtle, sorry the mental body it'll be ten thousand years. If you are established in the subtle body it will be twenty five thousand years. If you are established in the Karana Sarira it'll be the one Yuga. If you are established in the Atma Sarira your life will be one Brahmanda, Brahmakalpa. If you are established in Nirvana Sarira, you are eternal forever.

The subtler and subtler space you are established, the time does not deteriorate you. The more gross you are. the more deterioration, because of time. The more subtle you are, the less deterioration due to time. Time works on you if you are heavy, solid, physical. He does not work on you, the more and more you become subtle. The subtler and subtler you become, he works less and less on you. Deterioration. Kala does not work on you when you move to the subtler and subtler spaces. Kala, works on you when you are more grosser and grosser space.

Time itself is teaching the science to Nachiketa, how you can escape from him? It is like a police teaching you how to escape from them. It is like a thief teaching you, how to protect your wealth from him. Kala is teaching you how to go beyond time. Yama, beautifully answers. He first very clearly says: “I know that fire which leads to the realm of heaven.” He assures Nachiketa: “Yes, I know exactly what you are asking.” And second statement he makes: “I shall tell it to you.” Means, I'll give you that. Third: ”Listen to me.” Fourth: “Know, Oh Nachiketa, that this is the means of attaining endless worlds and their support. It is hidden in the heart of all beings.”
tvametaṁ nihitaṁ guhāyām

The next sloka, स चापि तत्प्रत्यवदद्यथोक्तमथास्य मृत्युः पुनरेवाह तुष्टः ॥
sa cāpi tatpratyavadadyathoktamathāsya mṛtyuḥ punarevāha tuṣṭaḥ ||
This is the tune I heard this verse from My teacher. From now tune changes actually. From this verse the tune changes.
लोकादिमग्निं तमुवाच तस्मै या इष्टका यावतीर्वा यथा वा। स चापि तत्प्रत्यवदद्यथोक्तमथास्य मृत्युः पुनरेवाह तुष्टः ॥
lokādimagniṁ tamuvāca tasmai yā iṣṭakā yāvatīrvā yathā vā | sa cāpi tatpratyavadadyathoktamathāsya mṛtyuḥ punarevāha tuṣṭaḥ ||
Because, from this verse it is teaching; the Chandas, the meter becomes different. Till this verse it is story, from this verse - teaching. The meaning is:
Yama then told him that fire sacrifice, the beginning of all the worlds. Please understand the fire sacrifice, the beginning of all the worlds, what bricks, how many and how laid for the altar. Nachiketas repeated all as it was told to him. Then death, being pleased with him, again said.

This whole verse has a so much of meaning. Understand, this is the way the education is done in Gurukul system. When a disciple, student, goes to the teacher, teacher should give first assurance: “I know what you want”. Second, he should assure the disciple: “I will teach you”. Its authentic commitment. So that disciple does not waste the time with the wrong Guru. Disciple goes, asking what he wants. He specifies his need. And then the teacher confirms with authenticity and integrity: “I know it, and I shall teach you.”

Then he gives instruction, how to receive that knowledge. He says: “Listen to me”. Then, he gives the introduction to the knowledge, importance of knowledge. He says: “This is the means of attaining endless worlds and their support.” The introduction itself is so enchanting. Student is inspired, authentically to learn. Then, he removes the fear in student. “It is not difficult, it is hidden in the heart of all beings.” He first asserts: “I know it”. He says: “I know well”.
pra te bravīmi tadu
“I know well, that fire which leads to the realm of heaven, which you asked, as per your definition.”
Second, “I shall tell it to you.” Don't have doubt, just because I know, I may hide little bit, and not tell you. No. He assures you, “I shall tell it to you. I shall teach you, I'll teach you. I am not going to keep that as a secret from you. I'll share with you.”
Then he introduces the knowledge that this is the means of attaining endless worlds and their support. And he removes the doubt from Nachiketas heart: It is not difficult, don't worry. It is hidden in the heart of all beings.

Then, method of teaching. Yama then told him that fire sacrifice, the beginning of all the worlds, what bricks, how many and how laid for the altar. Nachiketas repeated.
You need to understand this word. Yama then told him that fire sacrifice. The beginning of all the worlds. What is the meaning? Beginning of all the worlds? Understand, only when you understand the beginning of all the worlds, you will know how to be endless in the all the worlds. If you don't understand the beginning you will not know how to be endless. He asked, to be endless. You have to be, if you have to be endless, you have to know the beginning. You need to know the science of beginning.
Please understand, anything which has a beginning, which you can calculate with your logic, will have a end also which you can calculate with your logic. Anything which you can calculate with your logic, physically, before physical maturity. Please understand, your logic will take a quantum leap the moment your body is physically mature. That is why in our Gurukuls, the vedic tradition, we had only two sections: Kids who are not physically matured, they are called balaks, and kids who are physically matured, they are called Yuva. We will also divide the Gurukul just as two team - Balak and Yuva - Kids who are physically matured, who are not physically mature; because the logic goes through a big transformation.
If a Balaks logic can calculate, imagine, visualize the beginning, it can visualize the end also. That will end within his visualization. If a Yuva can visualize the beginning, the end also will be within his visualization. For example, if you can visualize hundred years and there is something which is begin hundred years before, naturally it’s end also you will be able to visualize. It will be at the most two hundred or three hundred years. But is in your realm of visualization.

Understand, the science of beginning. If you can't imagine the beginning of something, you will not know the end of that and it is endless. That is why Yama is saying; “Beginning of all the worlds”. Means, he is teaching which is endless worlds. He is teaching him the science, which world is going to end, when. By revealing the secret of beginning of the world. Otherwise a common man when he reads this line - the beginning of all the worlds - he will think, Why? Why, why should you teach the beginning of all the worlds? After all he is asking for deathlessness, endless worlds.
You will not know, something is endless, unless you know its beginning. And one more thing, even if Yama says, “Yes, this world is endless” Nachiketa will not believe. He has to be given logical understanding and proof. By Yama showing, “See, it began millions of years before, still it has not ended. This shows it is a endless world, learn this science.” So, you have to transmit the knowledge, without leaving a single doubt in the students heart. Science of teaching.
Hey teachers of Gurukul, learn, listen. Like Yama you should teach. You should first assure the student you know. Means, authentically with integrity you should know. You can't say, “I just know this syllabus. If you ask one question extra than this syllabus, I will have to verify the book.” No. Then book and book worms are enough for us. You are not needed. If you are a teacher, you should know every possible doubts that can happen. And then you should give them the assurance with authenticity and integrity: “I shall teach you”.

Today all the teachers have to sit, the Gurukul and give them, with authenticity and integrity declare what they know, what subject they are going to take, they should declare whether they know it or not and they should also declare whether they are going to teach it or not. All teachers, before they begin their semester or the syllabus, they should declare it to the children. This is the way. The way Yama taught is the way the teaching is done in vedic schools.

Then, you should also remove the fear, the exam fear in the heart of the child. Yama is addressing all major problems. When a child goes, he asks: “Is this college right place for me to study? Will these guys will teach me completely? Even if they know, will it be difficult or easy?” This is the major three question a student carries in his mind when he enters into any education. Yama clears all the three. And then they should remind the students to listen, before teaching.
And now Yama teaches. That fire sacrifice, the beginning of all the worlds. See, he was teaching. This world began ten thousand years before, this world began twenty thousand years before, this world began two lakh years before, this world began zillions of years before. So, naturally, this zillions of years before, the world which began is the most trustworthy. With this we can be assured, the quality material out of which this world is made is so strong, it will be endless. So now, reach this world which is endless.

What bricks, how many and how laid for the altar. Means, the cosmic airport to take off to those spaces is the fire altar. Understand, the fire altar is the cosmic airport you can take off. So the airport's direction, way the altar need to be built, everything was taught by Yama to Nachiketa. The Upanishad says Nachiketas repeated all as it was told to him. Upanishad is not saying, Nachiketas took notes. Nachiketas repeated all as it was told to him.
Eka santha grahi. Eka santha grahi. [one who can entirely grasp and recount whatever you tell him once] Then death, Yama being pleased with him. Means, because he does not need to repeat again, he was pleased. When you get a student like Nachiketa, hundred percent I am sure you will be pleased.
Understand the science of fire sacrifice. All these endless worlds are different frequencies. If you chant those particular mantras, with that particular fire altar, with that particular fire and the sound, your body raises to that frequency and you can be there in that frequency as long as you want. If your frequency falls down, again do the same technique and raise, over. That is why, how the altar is laid is very important.

I commit with you guys, authentically, with integrity, I will reveal the science of Putra Kameshti Yajna; how from the fire, the Menakshi walked out as a child. I'll reveal the science. I'll do it. It is possible, it's there in the bio-memory. I just need to open the file and spell it out in the language you all understand. It may take little time. The disciples who are able to listen. But once I create the disciples who are able to listen, I'll reveal.

Nachiketas repeated all as it was told to him. Then death, Yama, being pleased with him again said:
तमब्रवीत्प्रीयमाणो महात्मा वरं तवेहाद्य ददामि भूयः। तवैव नाम्ना भविताऽयमग्निः सृङ्कां चेमामनेकरूपां गृहाण ॥
tamabravītprīyamāṇo mahātmā varaṁ tavehādya dadāmi bhūyaḥ | tavaiva nāmnā bhavitā'yamagniḥ sṛṅkāṁ cemāmanekarūpāṁ gṛhāṇa ||
The great Soul Yama, means, Mahatma. Mahatma word, the oldest recording of Mahatma word is in Kathopanishad. Mahatma Yama. Being well pleased, said to him, said to Nachiketa: “I give you now another boon, this fire sacrifice shall be named after you. Take also this garland of many colors.” Wow. Because Yama was so happy, see naming an invention or a discovery, after an inventor or discoverer started from Kathopanishad. The habit, the pattern, the idea is started from Kathopanishad. Whatever Raman discovered he called it as Ramans effect. So, each one, whatever they discovered is named after them. Whatever Ramanujam discovered is called Ramanujams theorems. Same way, because Nachiketa was responsible, to get this science out of Yama to the world, Yama says: “Let your name be there for this ritual.” Let this science be named after you.

Understand, if you are not getting any bonus from the teacher, you are not a right student. Not out of sympathy of the teacher, but because of your efficiency of learning. See all the bonuses I am giving to gurukul continuously; not because of My sympathy but because of their efficiency and their ability to learn. The most difficult thing for the kids is restlessness, means sitting silently. But somehow even that they are managing so much. Still they have not raised themself to the level of freezing but at least they have raised themself to the level of easing.
Hey, gurukul kids, all the kids who have learned to freeze your body, how many days do you guys need to take the responsibility of the other smaller kids, who are not able to freeze their body? How many days do you need to teach them and make them also sit and freeze their body, tell Me. One day? So by tomorrow you will make them, you take the responsibility? Done? Done, okay! If some kid moves and behaves restlessly, who is responsible?
Gurukul kids: Me
HDH: All the other kids, who already mastered the science of sitting straight without freezing the body, you are responsible for their inauthenticity, okay? And now itself each one of you guys, who already mastered the science of sitting straight, you adopt another one kid, who is still struggling as a student. You will mentor and ensure from tomorrow the other child is also mastering the art, ok? I don’t even have one iota of hangover or doubt by tomorrow they will do it. I just know they will do it and they will do it.

The great soul Yama Mahatma. Yama is referred as a Mahatma after he revealed this science to the world. Mahatma is a person, who reveals whatever is in his Atma to the Mahat. If he enriches the Mahat with his Atma, he is Mahatma. Because he enriched the world with his Atma he is Mahatma and being well pleased, he said to Nachiketas: “I give you now another boon, let this sacrifice be named after you and take also this garland of many colours.” See that, that shows his spontaneous joy and he does not want to wait to find out what gift he should give it to you. He just gives something which he has.
Understand whenever you feel you have committed with big things, decide ‘I won’t give up on me.’ That is the pillar with which you have to support your slagging mind: “Oh, I think I have committed too big thing. No, no, my shoulder. It is too heavy on my shoulder.” No! Give the strength to the shoulder, don't give up on you! Don’t give up on yourself.

When a teacher, please understand I am using the word teacher for Yama because as on now whatever he is teaching is only the subjects can be taught by a teacher. He has not started the science of enlightenment. So that is the reason I am not using the word Master for him. I’ll start using the word Master for him with the third boon, means the next. when he teaches the science of enlightenment. Even this science you don’t need a Master to learn; teacher is enough. When a teacher is pleased with a student spontaneously out of joy he gives something. That is the way he says sṛṅkāṁ cemāmanekarūpāṁ gṛhāṇa. Let you have this garland of many colours.” Must be navaratna mala, or something which Yama was wearing. And there is also a record during the churning of the milky ocean the navaratna mala which came out was given to Yama.

What navaratna mala has to do with Yama? Because navaratnas live for generations; all nine ratnas don’t perish, don't get destroyed. That is why navaratna jewelries, jewels made out of navaratnas stay for generations. So almost like deathless. Navaratna jewels are the symbol of deathlessness. So the navaratna mala which came from the ocean during the churning was given to Yama and Yama gifts that mala to Nachiketa now, just for being a beautiful student, good student. Yama must have been a great teacher, enjoying teaching, that is why he is so overjoyed, he celebrates right student happening. If you are interested only in the money from the student, you will celebrate when you are given large donation from the student. If you really enjoying teaching, you will celebrate when you have a right student. Here, Yama must have been a great teacher, that is why he celebrates an amazing student, who has not given anything to him other than being a good student. There is no record Nachiketa brought any Guru Dakshina offering to Yama.

Next verse. Next verse describes the glory of the science Nachiketa learnt. What is the glory? Phalashutri, what happens if you perform this? We’ll see about that in the next satsangs. And I also commit to give the gift of at least few days of Kumbha Mela to gurukul kids. As honour to their commitment, only thing the parents should allow, the parents permission is required because the health and the age of the kids and ability to maintain and all that. They should be able to travel in the train and all that because they won’t be able to go by bus, it’s too many days. Flight is also not possible, there is no airport in Allahabad. Even otherwise for various reasons flight is not possible for everyone. All the parents who allow and the kids who can manage, who can handle, I'll give them the gift of Kumbha Mela, at least few days. Work on how many days is possible from their school and all that. This is a spontaneous gift for being good students.

When there is a constant need for attention, and approval of others inside you, your heart center is blocked. Let Me define, the next important truths, of living enlightenment, the second important truth for living enlightenment - Authenticity. Authenticity means, being established and responding to life, from who you believe yourself to be for yourself, who you believe yourself to be for others, and what others believe you to be for them.

Listen: what you believe as yourself for yourself Mamakāra, What you believe as yourself to others Ahaṃkāra, and what others believe as you Anyakāra. Authenticity means - being established and responding to life, having all the three in tune. Authenticity is - you living to the peak of your capacity every moment of your life, as per your understanding of your peak capacity, and others understanding as your peak capacity. Authenticity is - you living to the peak of your capacity every moment of your life, as per your understanding of your peak capacity, and others understanding as your peak capacity.

Who you believe yourself to be for yourself - means Mamakāra; who you project yourself to be for yourself - means Mamakāra, to the peak of your capacity, and to the peak of ... please listen, to the peak of your capacity, is Mamakāra.
Second, who you believe yourself to be for others, means how you project yourself to others, to the peak of your capacity is Ahankara. Who others believe you to be, to the peak of your capacity, as per your understanding of peak of your capacity and others understanding of your peak of your capacity is Anyakāra.

Let’s work step by step, on all this three.
First is Mamakāra; your Mamakāra is directly connected to your Anahata Chakra. When you are not integrated and inauthentic with your Mamakāra, your heart centre will be blocked. Please understand, listen, you don’t need to pen down now. Listen, when you are not integrated and inauthentic with your Mamakāra, what you feel as you, your heart centre will be blocked; when you restore integrity and authenticity with your Mamakāra, your heart centre will be awakened, and pure loving energy will overflow through you.

I’ll give you the example of Ahankara, Mamakāra, Ahankara, Anyakāra: from My experience. In My heart I feel Myself as a pure space of consciousness, and I project Myself to you all, as a person, who wants to transmit this consciousness. Please listen;
In My heart as a Mamakāra, I feel Me as a pure consciousness, As a Ahankara, I project to you all as a person who want to share this consciousness with all of you. As Anyakāra many of you perceive Me in many ways, some as an incarnation some as a enlightened being, some as a sadhu, some as fake, some as fraud, whatever you want so many ways they perceive Me, in their Anyakāra.
This is the example: Some perceive as a Shiva, Vishnu, Devi; but in My Mamakāra I don’t feel I am a Shiva or Vishnu or Devi anything, I only feel I am a pure consciousness. In My Ahankara, I only project as an incarnation to transmit this experience. But in Anyakāra you have everything, but I take responsibility even for your Anyakāra .

Authenticity to what you feel as you; integrity and authenticity with what you feel as you... please understand, when you are integrated and authentic about what you feel as you, you will have that tremendous love for every being, because when you are in integrity and authenticity to what you feel as you, you will understand how much of flaws you have inside. You will have the tremendous acceptance of you. You can accept you as you are only if you can accept the whole world as it is. If you accept you as you are, you will have the tremendous love to accept the whole world as it is, because you know all the struggles you go through.

Today I am declaring with intensity and authenticity, please understand, I realised Me as a pure consciousness only after I accept all the things ideas I have about Me. It is like a layer by layer of acceptance; after I accept all My possible existence as Mamakāra, I realised, Me as a pure consciousness. So layers and layers of ideas I have about Me I have to accept before I realise ‘I am a pure consciousness’. So by the time I reached the idea ‘I am pure consciousness’, My heart became so vast, I am ready to accept anybody's Ahaṃkāra, and Mamakāra.

Understand, I will spell it out more clearly. Everybody’s Anyakāra has their blueprint, in My Mamakāra. If somebody feels, I am shiva I have the blueprint in that in Me, I accept that. If some... when I accept, all possible Mamakāras, I fall into that pure space, as My Mamakāra. By the time I reach that Mamakāra I learnt to accept all possible images, ideas, possibilities. Now, I can accept, any possibility any Mamakāra and any Ahaṃkāra because I have already done that work. Please understand, I can accept love, the highest image Shiva, and worst image Osama Bin Laden, Hitler.
Listen, I have the blueprint of Shiva, in My Mamakāra, and I have the blueprint of Hitler in My Mamakāra . When you travel, working with integrity and authenticity, in your Mamakāra you will understand your Mamakāra is the hiranyagarbha, source of all possibility.

If you are stuck with the Mamakāra of Hitler, you will express that. If you are stuck with the Mamakāra of Shiva you will express that. If you are not stuck with any Mamakāra and go on becoming integrated, authentic, integrated, authentic, you will fall into that pure space abyss. If you are authentic and integrated you will feel the pure space abyss, by the time you feel the pure space, you have gone through all possible images, and all possible personalities. You learnt to accept them, take the responsibility for the inauthenticity of them.

Understand, when I took authentically responsibility for My Mamakāra, I realised, the image of Hitler, image of Shiva, is one and the same; just different extremes. When I became more and more authentic, when I took the responsibility for the inauthenticity of being Hitler or being Shiva, both disappeared in that pure space. This is what I call Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
By the time I crossed all these images, and became authentic with My Mamakāra, I learnt to forgive, accept, any worst Mamakāra, and not to be elated, excited about any best Mamakāra. I have seen Shiva in My Mamakāra, so if He comes in front of Me I don’t care. I have seen Hitler in My Mamakāra, if he comes in front of Me I am not going to hate. Understand, I have seen Hitler in My Mamakāra, so I am not going to hate him, if he comes in front of Me, I am going to accept him. I have seen Shiva in My Mamakāra, I am not going to be elated, if He comes in front of him I am going to accept him.

When you become authentic, integrated with your Mamakāra you see every possible Mamakāra and Ahankara inside you. By the time you become authentic, taking the responsibility for inauthenticities, you know how to accept and love, how to accept and love. If Shiva appears in front of Me, My love towards Him, will not have the respect component. If Hitler appears in front of Me, My love towards him will not have hatred component.
Love without respect component, because I have seen Shiva in Me. I love Him as I love Me. I have seen Hitler in Me, I will accept him and love as I love Me. My love towards Hitler, will not have hatred component. My love towards Shiva, will not have respect component. I know it’s little difficult for you to understand. If you work with authenticity and integrity, take the responsibility for your inauthenticity, and start working you will understand what I am saying, you can catch it, you can really catch it.

How many of you are struggling to catch it? Raise your hand. When you take responsibility for all your inauthenticities, you will come face to face the instincts you have to kill others for your sake, that is what I call Hitler. You will also come face to face, the instincts you have to sacrifice yourself, that is what I call Shiva.
Take responsibility for both, one by one, as it comes; complete them. When the violence of Hitler comes, if you still take the responsibility for the inauthenticity, that will settle down. Please understand, when the Hitler in you leaves you, he teaches you the lesson how to accept all the Hitlers happening outside. Means, only when you accept the violence you are carrying inside, you are going to settle down with it; that is going to lose power over you. When you learn to accept the violence in you, become authentic about the violence in you, you will know how to be responsible for anybody’s violence, how to take the responsibility. By that time, you know the technique, method to be authentic with inauthenticity.

See violence is inauthenticity. Authenticity means being complete with it. I think, if you start working, you will understand what I am saying. I will give you the worksheet. Let Me read out ;
Scan your whole life and identify the specific aspects of your Mamakāra which leaves you with a conflicting experience about yourself. That is, identify areas of your life where you feel powerless or experience conflict with yourself because of the thoughts and words you carry about yourself within you.
Example, you want to be successful in your life, but you are not able to achieve success. If you look in, you will see deep within you, may be believing that you are failure again and again. In your inner space, you are thinking and uttering the words, that you are a failure and you cannot be successful. Understand, whenever you feel powerless or experience conflict in your life, there is surely some inauthenticity in that aspect of your life.
Look deeply within, and identify the inauthenticity in those conflicting aspects of you that you carry inside you. Identify the words you utter about yourself, to yourself, which are not according to the peak of your capacity, that is what you think of you, think of as your peak capacity, and what others think of, think as your peak capacity.
Third, identify the words you utter to yourself, about yourself, which you did not honour and fulfil.
Fourth and fifth you will do later, but I’ll read out now.
Now restore integrity and authenticity in those aspects of your life.
Sit and complete with yourself. Do swapurnatva with the mirror.
Now with integrity and authenticity, give a new word to yourself, about yourself.
Give a new commitment to yourself which is aligned with the peak of your capacity.
That is what you think of you, think of as your peak capacity, and what others think as your peak capacity, and declare that you will now do anything and everything to honour and fulfil it.
Come on! Pen down after your homework, I will try to answer your questions.

Kriya, kriya to awaken the non-mechanical parts of your brain, to restore integrity and authenticity to your Mamakāra. Ok, come on!

The next step is in this same posture inhale through the right nostril with the sound 'Ham', and exhale through the left with the sound 'Sam', like Ham Sam, Ham Sam [Swamiji demonstrates]. With 'Ham' inhale with ‘Sam’ exhale, again with 'Ham' inhale and 'Sam' exhale. Inhaling only through right exhaling only through left; visualize this sound comes and touches your heart and goes out.
Place the palms on your knees and close your eyes.
Inhale deeply through both the nostrils and put your chin on the chest, and lock the throat, hold the breath as long as you can, judiciously, exhale slowly through the both the nostrils, do this continuously.
Inhale with both nostrils, put your chin on the chest by locking the throat, hold as long as you can, then slowly exhale as slowly as possible.
Do this, start.

We offer our sincere condolences to him and on behalf of Me and all the disciples of Dhyanapeetam and on behalf of Dhyanapeetam I express heartfelt condolences and we pray to the Almighty, the Divine may his soul rest in peace. Tomorrow morning we’ll have in the satsang official condolence. I did not go because I committed to be with you all guys. I'll see how the situation is and tomorrow morning we will decide. But he was a elder brother and strength. His native place is Bidadi. This village where we are sitting, it’s called Banandur. This is his native place. From the beginning he was a amazing support for us.

Alright, let’s enter into the program. Let me defne Integrity and Authenticity once again. Life starts for you only with Integrity. Understand, till the Integrity starts for you, you are a broken pieces, few bones, little fesh, assembled unfortunately accidentally and existing accidentally. That’s a right word I’ll use. Anybody without Integrity if he is not killed it does not even get recorded in the Cosmos. Of course, I am not telling you, go and kill. In the Cosmos it does not even get recorded as a sin. It means in the Cosmos he’s not even respected, numbering is not done, registration is not done in the Cosmos. He is not numbered in the Cosmos.

Great, issue is resolved. I”ll give you the essence. Life starts only when you have Integrity. Integrity means you fulfilling the word and thought you give it to yourself and to others; and experiencing a state of Completion purnatva with the life. For example: this moment you should be complete with all the words you gave it to you and to others. So that even if the breath which is going inside, if it doesn’t come out and just goes up, you are Complete. You are Complete.

How many of you feel you are complete with all the words you gave it to yourself and to others? Because yesterday I gave you the assignment of completing with yourself and others. How many of you did the assignment? Please raise your hand. Great. But if you do it once that will not be enough. How many of you did not do? Raise your hand. Now I am giving you time. Oh God, but I cannot delay the session. Ok, in the next break you will do it and come back. You have to sacrifice your break and do.

How many of you feel the power of Completion, when you do, really so much of healing is happening inside? So understand this is not a process which can be completed in one day. You need to go on and on at least for next one year. Decide this year is year of Completion. Go on talking to mirror to yourself. Go on talking to yourself through mirror. Go on Completing with yourself and others.

Authenticity means you being established and responding to life from who you believe yourself to be for yourself means Mamakara, who you believe yourself to be for others - Ahankara, and what others believe you to be for them manyakara, anyakara. What others believe you to be for them anyakara. Authenticity is you living to the peak of your capacity every moment of your life as per your understanding of the peak capacity and others understanding of the peak capacity, peak possibility.

Mamakara is who you believe and project yourself to be to the peak of your capacity for yourself as per your understanding of the peak of your capacity. Listen. Only then you will understand. So I am uploading all these videos, so all of you...I wanted you guys to see these again and again at least next few times few days. Because these definitions are long British statements. Almost like a legal statements. Unless you hear again and again you will miss one or two words. You will miss one or two words. Listen, I am defining Mamakara. Mamakara is who you believe and project yourself to be to the peak of your capacity for yourself as per your understanding of the peak of your capacity.

Ahankara is who you believe and project yourself to be to the peak of your capacity for others as per your understanding of the peak of your capacity. anyakara is who others believe and project you to be to the peak of your capacity for them as per others understanding of the peak of your capacity. So, all of you are clear about these basic Truths of Intensity and Integrity and Authenticity?
All cities if you are clear about this basic two Tatvas, please raise your hand. Great. If you are not clear, raise your hand. So that I’ll repeat once more and see to it you understand.

Please listen, Integrity means fullfing the words you gave it to yourself and to others and living in a state of Completion with life. For example: you give a word to others, “I will give you 1 million dollar or 1 million rupee” Either you have a clear Integrity you are going to give your whole life to fulfill that commitment or call that person and tell, “I will not be able to give, so I relieve myself from the commitment I made”. That is also Integrity. See for example: I’ve committed with many of My disciples, I will give them Enlightenment. I'll ensure they’ll achieve the state of Enlightenment.

So even if I leave this body I’m going to be sitting alive in the Cosmos in a different frequency, what I call Akshardhama - Imperishable’s Space. I am going to be sitting with many of My Jivan Mukta Sanyasis; and I'm going to fulfil My commitment with integrity and authenticity. So either you should have that clarity, “I’ve committed with him I’ll give him million dollar. I should give everything and make it happen. Even in between I die I will have to take another one body, come back and search for where he is and see to it he receives my million dollar”. If you are not sure you want to do that, if you are clear you don't want to do that then at least call him and complete with him. “Sorry, I committed for million dollar but I cannot do that. I have taken up some other as my priority”.

Let’s come back to the subject. Tucson...
Authenticity means being established responding to life from what you feel, what you believe yourself to be for yourself, and who you believe yourself for others and what others believe you to be for them.
Before entering into the session, just 3 minutes, settle down so that you are ready to flow with the session. Just close your eyes, sit straight. Close your eyes and sit straight. You don't need to meditate or chant or anything. Just close your eyes and sit.
Relax. You can open your eyes.

Now we’ll work on the Throat Center. Till yesterday we were working on the Heart Center, means Root, Being, Navel, Heart. Four Centers we’ve worked. Today we will work on Throat Center. Throat Center Vishuddhi Chakra is what we are going to work now. The thought current for the Vishuddhi Chakra is jealousy and comparison. Understand, when there is a non alignment between the anyakara means the image you carry about others and the image others carry about you, when there’s a non alignment between these two it is called jealousy.

I am defining. Please catch it. Listen. When there is a non alignment between what you feel your image about others and others image about you. Anyakara is what you believe and project others to be for you as per your understanding of their peak capacity. Let me define. Anyakara means: What you believe as others and their peak capacity and what others believe as you and your peak capacity. When there’s a non-alignment between these two, when they are not integrated and inauthentic. Jealousy is a outcome of deep innate violence you carry. Please understand. When somebody expects something from you, when their Image about you demands your expansion but you are not interested in expansion, the violence you show towards them is jealousy. Then you say, “Why should I expand? See, my level people, I am much better than them”. Jealousy starts only to justify you in the beginning. Then it becomes a violence to declare your supremacy. Jealousy does not start as a supremacy. It always starts as justification.

But when you finished justifying everything; it is like to win your enemy you create an army, after your enemy is destroyed; no, there is no job for your army, then you go on to next country just to give a job for your army. Just to keep your army occupied. Same way jealousy starts to justify your inauthenticity and goes on and on. Once all the justifications are over, now you start offending, means declaring supremacy. The comparison is used to declare supremacy. How many of you feel in your life also the comparison and jealousy has started only as a justification process of your inauthenticity? Raise your hand. How many of you are able to cognize this idea? Yes. Jealousy started in my life for justification of my inauthenticity.

Justification of your inauthenticity makes the complication. You will never be able to get into Authenticity. You will never be able to get into Authenticity. Because the layer of authenticity has become double. See, if the authenticity, inauthenticity alone exists, at one point you can clear it. But now a strong bolting of inauthenticity in the name of justifications. Eh.. Just now I was sitting with some of my Ashrammites. Very beautiful meeting with some of My Brahmacharis and Brahmacharinies. I am always in My best when I sit with My kids. Because you will see My father dimension of not giving up on people. Today what I spoke, each one of them are hearing from Me at least for last 6 years. But with the deep patience I will be repeating it, reminding it, re-emphasizing it. Just like how I've done that to Me from the age of 12 to 22. I was continuously reminding My enlightened state to My bio memory. Because I did not give up on Me for 10 years and I reminded Myself. I know million ways mind will justify the non-remembrance, and I know millions of solutions through which I can remind to My mind to be in remembrance. Because I fought with My mind and conquered it with million ways, I can easily remind My disciples any number of complications they bring, any possible complications they bring. When I sit with them I clearly remember the Brahmasukhi in Me, that was the name I was using. Till 12 I was called Swami. I was never called by My parental name. Never I was addressed by My parental name by anybody other than My school record. From 12 to 22, the Brahmasukhi was the name I was carrying which was given by Kuppammal. I feel My that personality sitting in front of Me as My disciples. I did not give up on that personality. If I would have given up on him Nithyananda would not have happened. Nithyananda happened because I did not give up on him.

Same way I'm not going to give up on these guys. Just now I was sitting and talking. The ideas I was sharing with them is very useful for all of you. I wanted all of you to listen. When there is a inauthenticity in you, you only pull down by others inauthenticity. If there is a authenticity in you, you raise others from their inauthenticity. Let me defne. Listen.
If there is inauthenticity in you, you get pulled down by others inauthenticity. If you are completely authentic, you raise others from their inauthenticity. I am giving you few seconds for you to internalize. When you are not authentic and you wanted to justify your inauthenticity, you use comparison as a justification tool. I was telling them. You go on justify your inauthenticity by comparing all the other fellows, “Oh, why should I stretch me more than this, I am better than him, I'm better than her. I am better than she”. But you have not given up your life for them or he or she. You have to make your life success. You have to make your Enlightenment.

Jealousy starts as justification, ends as declaration of supremacy. It starts in you to justify your inauthenticity. The moment you learnt to justify your inauthenticity you have started committing suicide. You just need to be buried. Nothing else. Your destruction has started. For God's sake at least don't justify your inauthenticity. Don't be inauthentic. If you are, at least don't justify your inauthenticity. Stand exposed, naked to your own inauthenticity. Even though it is little difficult. Face it. Stand by it. Standing exposed to your naked inauthenticity makes you authentic.

Listen. this is going to solve thousands of your problems. When you are inauthentic you will not want to expand you to others image about you. Then what you will do? You will carry impractical image about others expectation about others just to teach them a lesson.“You fellow, you expect that from me, you will see now what I will expect from you”.
This clash is comparison and jealousy. How many of you are able to cognize what I'm saying? Do you understand? Actually when there is a expectation from others image of others about you; first thing what you should do, you should be authentic enough if you feel like you have by stretching yourself you are going to expand, you should do it. Or at least you should be complete enough to remind yourself - “That is not the direction I am going to be fulfilled”. For example: If somebody has an image of Me as a Shiva that I should heal them and give them boon, then naturally I am going to expand Me, stretch Me and fulfill. I'll stretch Myself to their image about Me. But if somebody expects as an image of me I should give hundred century in cricket, little more than Tendulkar, I am not going to do it.

Understand. Listen. The anyakara which is falling in tune with your Ahankara and Mamakara which expands your Ahankara and Mamakara only is expected to be fulfilled by you. Jnanatma clear? For the question with which you were haunting My head? Last two days these guys are hounding Me with this question. I am having a very beautiful last few days. All the Ashramites constantly nagging me for the deeper and deeper understanding for Authenticity and Integrity. It feels so nice. It really feels so nice. Because the way they ask the question, I know they already contemplated about it. Listen. What I feel as My Mamakara - I am a Pure Consciousness . What I show as My Ahankara - I am here to transmit that to you.

Then what is the anyakara you guys have? You think sometime I am Shiva, sometime I am Krishna, sometime I am Devi, sometime I am Muruga; so many anyakaras you have. So if I fulfill your anyakara, is it in align, going to fulfill my Ahankara and Mamakara? If it is yes I have to stretch Me. If your anyakara about Me fulfills, in alignment with my Ahankara and Mamakara so I stretch., I full... fulfill. Suddenly you come and think I should give hundred century for India cricket team. That is your anyakara, your expectation about Me is no way in alignment with My feeling of Me; and My projection about Me to you. So naturally I am not going to stretch Me to your image about Me.

Understand. This clarification: to which image about you you should stretch, to which you don’t need to stretch will come only if you are clear about your Ahankara and Mamakara. So first thing's first. Completion with you. Clear? How many of you had this question? To which anyakara I should fulfil, which I should drop, now clear? Now you will know very clearly, which anyakaras you should be authentically stretching. Understand, if I don't stretch Myself to somebody's expectation of Me being Shiva or Krishna or Vishnu, I’ll die. I will not be living.

That direction anyakaras I go on, I am going to stretch Myself. That is why I tell you even after I leave the body My Sanga is going to become like a Sai Baba's Movement. Like Shirdi Sai Baba. Shirdi Sai Baba, see His Movement. Why? Because He is sitting and stretching Himself to every person’s anyakara. So I am going to be sitting while in this body, or after leaving this body, I will be sitting and go on stretching Myself to everybody's anyakara about Me. So naturally if you expect Me to be like Shiva I will appear like Shiva. If you expect Me like Vishnu I will appear like Vishnu. Because that is in alignment with what I feel as Me and what I project as Me.

All over the world, how many of you had this doubt - which image about me I should fulfill and which I should not fulfill. Raise your hand? So now all of you are clear? Which you should fulfill, and which you don't need to bother.
Listen. Sometime even...Relax.. We can… Even if their image about you has to be fulfilled authentically, it is in alignment with your Ahankara and Mamakara: even then you feel violent towards them, “Why? Why should I stretch me to you?” Come on, now I will show you. You try to torture Me with your expectation? I will torture you with My expectation”. Husband wants love, wife wants money. “You expect me to continuously be loving? Now I will torture you with my expectation”.

Marriage is like a Workshop. Husband works wife shops. No offense. Please don't be offended. But women knows. Whatever fun I make about them they don't feel offended at all. Because, see, even now, a simple decision I made sending Swamis to offer respects to that Swami who passed away. I tell them very clearly, “No, the image, even the statement you give, the image you project should be very clear from the beginning. Why do you think I put Devi in the same deity? Our Anandeshwara, main deity, why do you think I put Devi in the lap? I did not... I could have put Devi separately as two deities. Even while you do abhishekam, you’ll pour the milk first on this Shiva and remaining little bit only will go to Devi if it is a separate deity. That is why I decided, No. Keep as one deity. So equally it is poured. So I send even a Sanyasini. I am very clear. Hey, I have always two Sanyasinis also. So that people should know from Dhyanapeetam Sanyasinis exist and they will always be there in any public appearance.

Listen. Let's come to the subject.
Jealousy is a violent expression you express due to inauthenticity. The violent expression of inauthenticity, which starts for the survival by justification, which evolves as hiding mechanism of your inauthenticity, and ends as declaration of supremacy. It takes birth as a justification of your inauthenticity. It serves as a protection cover hiding cover of your inauthenticity. It ends as a just declaration of supremacy. How many of you are able to cognize this Truth? Can you do this as a assignment? Just few minutes.. See, how jealousy in you has started for justification? In how many places you used jealousy to justify you? Second, in how many places you used jealousy to cover your inauthenticity, to defend your inauthenticity? “Oh, You expect that from me? I will teach you a lesson by expecting this from you”. So this way defending protecting your inauthenticity. When these two jobs are over, then your jealousy goes to the extreme of declaring supremacy. With the declaration of supremacy death happens. That’s a last nail in your coffin. Declaration of supremacy is the last nail in your coffin. That is why I am very clear I am the incarnation of Superconsciousness not Supreme Consciousness. Because the word Supreme Consciousness is declaration of supremacy. It comes from violence. Even though superconsciousness is supreme Consciousness, the word comes out of violent declaration of supremacy. I make sure the violent declaration of supremacy is avoided in every interaction.
Just five minute assignment. Please look in. At least two examples for each. Your jealousy starting as a justification mechanism. Your jealousy being used as defencing mechanism, defending mechanism of your inauthenticity. Your Jealousy declaring your supremacy. When you finished your justification and people are tired, they feel they are all subdued, you have justified and you defended your inauthenticity. They accepted it. Then next step is declare your supremacy.
Just 5 minute or 3 minute. 3 to 5 minute, okay. Just 2 example.
Everybody has written at least two two example for all these three? So three situation. Listen. Just now actually the same example. Her life example. She says, “If I feel.. “. No, of course she is not. The situation... If she feels jealous to somebody I am giving more attention, the first step she justifies, “Oh.. me and she are both are equal, but why is he giving more attention to her?’ Justification. Instead of stretching herself to My expectation image, she justifies. Then defending. The moment she justified to herself, to others X and me are same… But X gets attention and not me. Now defending her inauthenticity. She will never stretch herself to My expectation, My image about her. She will say, “He has to alter, not me.” Defending. If her defense is also successful then declaring supremacy, “I am much better than this guy. Who is he to give attention to her more than me? Who cares for his attention. Get lost”. Declaring supremacy. Understand? I am giving you one life example. Let Me listen to at least two three people's life examples. Come on. So that all these three people understand. See, when you justify you tell very clearly to yourself and others, “Hey, what way she is better than me? why is she getting more attention?” You go on comparing your quality with her quality and justify, justify, justify.

And even if you feel she is little better than you in some things: “Eh..even if she is better, he should be equivalent to both. He should not be giving more attention”. And sometime you know you are lower than her, then you say, ”He should be a deena dayala apad bandhava, protector of the poor”. You manipulate. The manipulation. Protector of the poor. If he does not protect the poor who will protect. So you manipulate and justify.That is the first step. It is like a fill the gaps. Then the foundation is defending your inauthenticity. And then the building is declaration of supremacy. But the base itself will shake with earthquake.
Listen These three step. How you justified your jealousy. Because with justification you give birth. When that becomes a defensive mechanism it grows. When it declares the supremacy it is in its peak.

And then as I … As I see it,,,Um...what...I quit the job and then I realized that the entire spiritual path I am treading is actually a way of declaring my supremacy over the… the fact that… that wasn’t successful for me. HDH: Ah… Supremacy. Yes. Now understand. Unless you are complete with that part which is trying to declare supremacy, you will never be able to inspire and help people, Understand? Because in your heart the supremacy is just sitting with a veil of enriching people. You are not Enriching. Understand? You are... few words you will talk about enriching. Then within that few words that veil will come out, you will declare your supremacy and the other fellow will see who is sitting inside, “Oh, This is a goat wearing a tiger skin, not the tiger Itself. Because the skin will fall for few minutes. In few minutes. Understand? So now you have to be very clear, complete. Do, sit with yourself and talk to yourself and declare: You are not a failure by dropping the job. Maybe, that time you were not able to cope up with those things. Now let us learn to cope up with those things. You are not a failure. So you don't need to prove you are success. As long as you think you are a failure you have to prove you are success. Heal the Truth you are a failure. Heal it, Complete it. You are not. Even if you have failed you are not a failure. You failed but you are not a failure. You failed does not make you a failure.

That’s purely foolishness, That is nothing but foolishness and after that I started measuring: oh, they acted this way, but I am actually more, you know, that right thing is we take the shelter of responsibility. HDH: Understand, fulfilling my anyakara about you is surrender to Me. People go on claiming, “I Surrender me to you. I surrender to you, Oh Guru I surrender to you. Sharanagati O Prabo Sharanagati.
I'm defining Sharanagati Understand. Anybody who thinks you have surrendered to Me; fulfilling my anyakara is surrendering to Me. If not you are asking Me to surrender to you. “No, I surrender to you. You should be doing as I want you”. It means what? So I have to fulfill your anyakara, so I have to surrender to you. So all surrender is dangerous. You understand? Now how dangerous the disciple's surrender? No, they say, “I surrender to you, now you should behave as I wanted. You should have been God for me”. Declaring the supremacy of your inauthenticity.

First, understand. Jealousy starts as the justification of your inauthenticity. It grows as the defense mechanism of your inauthenticity. It ripes as the declaration of the supremacy of your inauthenticity. The moment you declare the supremacy , jealousy has already become cancerous. It has become cancerous. Now let's go to the next Tatva.

Whenever there is a inauthenticity in anyakara, you end constantly comparing yourself and your life with others. Please understand. Listen. When others image about you, if you decide not to stretch yourself to that, and not to complete with that, please, understand, even if you don't stretch yourself to their anyakara. For example: I have the… somebody expects Me to be Shiva. I am going to stretch Me. Somebody wants Me to play the role of Tendulkar. I am not going to stretch Me to that. But I am not going to hurt him, I am going to complete with him. “Why did you expect that from Me? I did not prepare Me to do that role for you in your life. And I never even gave iota of confidence or the promise to you that I will fulfill your expectation of Me in that line”. So I'm going to complete with him.

But many time you neither fulfll nor interested in Completion. You just disregard. Understand, anybody you disregard hits back to you, hits back at you. Do not disregard anybody’s anyakara. Indifference to anyakara is inauthenticity. Understand. Every anyakara comes to you as a boon. When you stretch yourself to something, you express extraordinary powers. When you complete with something, you express peace and contentment. The person who expects Me to play the Tendulkar role, when I complete with him, “ No I will not be able to fulfill because I do not commit in that line and I'm going to stretch Myself in a different line”. When you complete, you are peaceful with yourself and others. If you are indifferent, “Eh... what do you mean? Telling me to play centuries, hundred centuries. Is that a life? Come on, see what I am doing. I am Shiva. See how many people experience Shiva in Me. You expect just Tendulkar from Me?”
No, that’s not going to work That’s not going to work. Then he is going to throw the ball on Me,whether I am going to kick it to sixer or not. He is going to throw the ball on Me. Whether I am going to kick the ball or not, ball is going to kick Me. It is coming towards Me. Either complete it by kicking it or that is going to kick you. Whenever there is a inauthenticity in you about others expectation, see when I say inauthenticity, you neither want to fulfil nor want to complete. indifference, disrespect, abusal. That is what I call inauthenticity in dealing with others' image about you. You end up in jealousy, hurting, hurting others and you, anger towards others and you and suffering to others and you. I tell you. I tell you. Just with these basic few Truths and basic Kriyas to make your brain awakened to these Truths I can remove all psychological sufferings, mental disorders from the world.

Please understand I am not talking out of ego. Authentically with integrity I am declaring. We can remove all the psychological sufferings and mental disorders from the world just with these few Truths. We should take the responsibility for people to listen. We should take responsibility for people to be authentic. Whenever your throat center collapses due to jealousy, you operate in life from a very narrow and limited perspective, will have an experience of continuous desperation, frustration, dissipation of energy, tiredness, constantly shrinking. How many of you feel every year passing you are only shrinking? Then you have the problem. Your throat center is collapsing.

No. You have to complete your jealousy. You have to sit with yourself. Every year, every passing year I only feel I am… I only feel clearly I am enriching Me and enriching others. Especially this year. Oh God...best. I have hit on the lottery of Enlightenment. I should actually declare my sangha starts as a sangha only this year. With this great Truths of Chatur Veda, four Mahavakyas - Chatur Mahavakyas: Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility, Enriching. Till now I was only revealing the mystical components what I brought like Kriyas, Yogas, Meditation Techniques, Life Solutions. But only now My Sangha starts where I share this treasury, treasure with millions. It is literally lottery for Me. Every year I feel like this lottery happening in My life. Only if you feel every year lottery is happening in your life, your life is worth of living or immediately you need Completion.

Shut yourself and get admitted in Dhyanapeetam and get cured then leave. I am actually planning, in Salem I am planning to have a very affordable mental health care unit. Very affordable. For a large-scale mental health care with great Truths and Kriyas with the mental health care professionals. When your Vishuddhi Chakra is awakened anyakara that you carry about others and the Anyakara you have the direct access to infinite Cosmic Energy. When there is a alignment in the anyakara that you carry about others and the anyakara others carry about you, your Throat Center is awakened. What is the alignment means, the others image about me, I will either stretch me to fulfill or complete it by saying “I will not be able to fulfil”. There is a Completion. When there is a Completion in others image about you, your image about others also will come, evolve from the Completion. It will not be taking revenge. It will be inspiring, supporting.

That is why I tell you, My image about you is only supporting your expansion, not taking revenge on you. Because it comes out of My Completion. What I see you, what I see as you comes from the Completion of a Completed inner space, a non violent inner space. So when you stretch it to that you are fulfilled. I’ll answer. Whenever you are complete with all the others' images about you, your image about others will not carry violence, it will be Complete. You are free from jealousy. Whether you are completing out of your laziness or your authenticity. You see for example: If somebody expects you to complete a building, you have to fulfill it because that is the Mamakara and Ahankara. But if somebody expects you, like if suddenly somebody comes, same thing... like a cricket… they want you to give a hundred century, you... even the iota of hundred centuries exist in your Mamakara and Ahankara.
Understand. See, your Mamakara and Ahankara, the leakage of your Mamakara and Ahankara can be anyakara. But not something completely different. See, the others anyakara can be the export of your Ahankara and Mamakara, it cannot be import to your Ahankara and Mamakara.
Listen. Other’s image about you can be the export of your Mamakara and Ahankara, can’t be the import to your Ahankara and Mamakara. Export means out of this, but can’t be suddenly something out of the blue. When it is out of this you know you have to fulfill it. When it's out of the blue you know you have to complete it. So clear? Shall I go to the next Satya?

Here is a question from Michael. What about comparison and jealousy that results in feelings of inferiority rather than superiority?
Whether declaring supremacy or inferiority, there is no infrimacy word, na? Let's create it. Whether you declare supremacy or inferimacy it is one and the same. Understand, you declaring supremacy or inferimacy with when you declare Inferimacy you get into the mental set up of victimhood. Being a victim is nothing but declaring inferimacy. You can infringe on me. That is what you declare. When you declare inferimacy don't blame the people who are infringing on your rights.

But my sister was favorite of my mother, and she was supported and I had to help with that support by taking her to violin lessons. Now my mother offers to help me build wealth. But I reject this. Because part of me feels she does not deserve my attention.
Vennee, many time when you have anger towards others you punish you. You drink poison to kill your boss. Understand, you drink poison to kill your boys... kill your boss. Now Vinnee, understand, if you are not taking her help to create wealth, then who is going to suffer? You. You may take revenge on her, but with what cost? You also suffering. It is like even if I lose one eye, it’s ok, let her lose two eyes.

Shall I move to the next Tatva? Next Tatva. When there is an alignment in the anyakara that you carry about others and others carry about you, your Vishuddhi is awakened and you start living the third basic satya of Responsibility. Listen. When others image about you, your image about others, both are in alignment, suddenly you are inspired to take the responsibility. Responsibility comes and stays with you only if you are inspired. If the responsibility is put on you, you take it for few days, then dump it in the garage. Let me define responsibility.
Responsibility is lIving and operating from the understanding that you are the source of and therefore you are responsible for all happenings in and around you in your life. Let me repeat once more. Responsibility means living and operating from the understanding that you are the Source of and therefore you are responsible for all the happenings. Because you are the source of all the happenings in and around you in your life, you are responsible for all the happenings in and around you in your life. I feel like I am taking the Inner Awakening next level. In and around you...so you are responsible for all the happenings in and around you. Now clear? No. It’s so beautiful to drill...drill...drill this Tatva into your bone marrow. When you take the responsibility not just for your image about others, but also others' image about you, you expand. I tell you. You express miracle powers in you. This is the Science of Siddhis.

I’ll give you one example. If you want the miracle power of floating on the water. First do one thing. Collect few people with whom your anyakara, your image about them is complete and their image about you is complete. Means either you fulfill what they expect from you or complete what they expect from you. The complete alignment is there. So sit as a group and declare to them authentically with integrity, “I am going to float on the water”. Please understand. Keeping Kalabhairava as witness, I'm teaching you the science of miracles. Have few people with whom you are complete and they are complete with you and declare: “I am going to float on the water.”
Authentically decide you are going to do it. I promise that power will start expressing from you. Because all miracle powers start expressing when you are, your image about others and others image about you is Complete in your life.

Don't imagine immediately, Oh, these are all remote things, not for me. No. I am talking about possibility. Straight possibility, not impossibility. There is nothing impossible. When I am possible there is no impossible. No, I am not giving this quotation for clapping and just dumping it in the Facebook. No. It’s for you. Then you are the bigger possibility than floating on the water. Am I right? When you have that itself, how can the floating on the water be impossible? Tell me?

I am the biggest possibility, I'm the biggest happening. How can I give up that just for floating on the water? Please understand. Whenever I have the disciples who are complete with me and I am complete with them, anything I declare immediately becomes reality. Why sometime after Kalabhairava declares it takes few days for it to become reality? Because the receiver may not be complete. So little Completion is required. But Kalabhairava takes the Responsibility even for his incompletion and gives that as a boon. At least after the boon is delivered he should make himself Complete. Understand. If Kalabhairava says, “It will happen when it happens” then he may do ten miracles out of hundred reading. But if he declares date time and everything, He will do eighty miracles out of hundred readings. But the twenty failure is the biggest, the largest way He can stretch his hand he stretched. And they missed. Clear? He can be Integrated but he will not be authentic. Anybody has a doubt, sometime Kalabhairava blessed and that day exactly it has not happened, it’s still getting delayed. Understand, this is the Tatva, Truth.

Understand. I am not justifying, I am just telling you the Truth. I am not justifying, I am just justin. Justifying happens after failure. Adjusting happens before entering. Justin happens to be the Truth. Adjusting, Justifying, Justin. Usually you take responsibility based on your understanding of the peak of your energy. I wanted to make you very clear, I wanted to declare it and make you understand, when I started this sangha, even though I declared it will become an international organization, that was not the peak of My energy at that time. But I declared authentically and decided to stretch Me to that. Usually we take responsibility based on our understanding of peak of energy. It is actually other way around. When you take responsibility with integrity and authenticity the peak of your energy just expands and fulfil the responsibility you have taken up.

Understand. With Authenticity and Integrity I declared: It will become the place to teach, radiate Enlightenment Science to the World, enrich people with Enlightenment Science. I can see the responsibility comes up and fills that, makes it happen. Taking responsibility for everything, everything happening in your life. You will see, you will experience power naturally radiating through you. You don't need a separate boss chair to experience and live the responsibility.
Please listen. How you always take responsibility? You think: Oh, I can run two shops now. I’ll take the responsibility of three shops. But if you work with authenticity and integrity, you think, “Hey, I can run two hundred shops and cosmic energy responsibility comes in, fills and makes it as two hundred shop.

To express power you don't need throne. You only need to know how to unleash the responsibility energy in you. Once you know how to unleash the responsibility energy in you, your inhaling and exhaling itself will be powerful. We’ll do one more exercise that will make you internalize this Truth. Please distribute the worksheet? All of you got the worksheet? Scan your whole life and identify the anyakara which others in your life carry about you that leaves you with an experience of conflict with them. That is, identify areas of your life where you feel powerless or experience conflict with others. Because of the perception or image or the image they carry about you. For example: your spouse always wants you to be with a loving, caring and forgiving attitude and it seems impossible for you to be that way all the time. And understand whenever you feel powerless, experience a conflict In your life related to others, perception or the image they carry about you, you are surely not taking responsibility for the perception or image they carry about you. I think better you read the question, all the five. Three you have to write, two you have to practice. Come on, ten minutes I give you guys time. If needed I’ll extend later on. Now ten minutes. Now we will work on the third-eye center; brow center. Earlier we worked on mamakara, then ahankara - now we will work on the relationship you share with your ahankara and mamakara. Understand. The relationship you share with your inner identity and the identity you project outside. If both of them are aligned the brow center is active, high energy expresses through you. If both of them have conflict, non-integrated, inauthentic then ajna chakra collapses. Inside you, you always project yourself lower than what you are and outside you, you always project yourself higher than what you are. Please listen. Inside you always project yourself lower than what you are, outside you always project yourself higher than what you are.

The brow center is blocked when your mamakara and ahankara are not aligned. Whenever there is a mismatch in what you believe as you inside you and what you project as you outside you, you are living with failure. Understand. This a right word I will use, your plan for life is failure. Please understand. If you plan for miracles, miracles will go on be happening in your life. If you plan for failure, failures will go on be happening in your life. It's like a sword which is sharp on both sides, rubbing you constantly on one side the inauthenticity of your mamakara is pulling you down and the other side the inauthenticity of your ahankara is pulling you down. Please listen. When you don't integrate these two - your mamakara and ahankara, in both places you will be shrinking.

If you align both, the first thing will happen is you don't need to remember how you need to project you. That is the biggest relief. I tell you even in the sleep or waking state I don't need to remember at all how I should project Me. I just wake up and come out. Because the ammakara and ahankara are so aligned, I don't need to remember constantly how I should project Me. That is the first freedom will happen to you. That is what I call 'easy-going'. In easy going you don't need to remember how you need to project you. In 'egoing' every inch for you to go you need to remember. Either life is easy-going or egoing.

What I mean by the word aligning let's analyse, let's understand. How to align the inner identity and outer identity? First you need to understand both the pieces and you have to know what kind of a connection they enjoy or they don't, they may not even have connection. When your ajna chakra is collapsed you are wounded on both sides - wounded on outside and inside both. The easy-going life does not happen. You can see very clearly people who are egoistic they become very serious and diseased. How to align them? It takes little re-aligning of your life for which you are afraid. That is where the problem is. You just have to decide you are not going to be doing the drama of having mamakara and ahankara separate. I am not saying you should be true to your mamakara, whatever you feel inside you as you just tell that, show it to the outer, outside. No. Because what you feel inside as a equal lies than what you show as outside.

What you show as outside if there is fifty lies in that, what you feel as inside you that also has a fifty lies. One of the biggest problem human beings face is they think we should just show what we are from inside. Even inside you are not what you are, what will you do about that? Even what you feel as you inside is not what you are. So aligning, aligning means if you want to stick two things in both you have to put fevicol. So, for alignment both needs to be aligned. First thing, remove lies from both. Don't try to make your inner identity just like outer identity or outer identity just like inner identity. When I say aligning what usually you will first try to do? Outside you show you are a courageous person. Then what you do? You try, "Inside also let me become courageous." You tell yourself, "I am courageous, I am courageous, I am courageous." That is what is positive thinking. All positive thinking is loose thinking.

No, that is not going to work. And otherwise you think, "All right, inside I am a powerless fellow I will show the same way outside." Then you start telling, "See, what am I? Oh, nothing works." And you bring inauspiciousness to you and anybody who sees you. Align what you feel as you inside and outside. How you know? Not by pushing the outer identity inside or not by pulling inner identity outside. No. All of you understand the mistake you usually do. I am giving you one example. Inside you are very frightened, outside very courageous. Then what you do? You try to aligning means, "Oh, inside I will tell myself I am courageous, I am courageous, I am courageous." Then when the problem comes, "I am courageous, I am courageous, I am courageous, I am courageous." No. That is not aligning, that is what you do in the name of positive thinking.

All known positive thinking techniques are nothing but the junk of the outer identity which is supposed to be discarded even from outer identity is being inserted forcibly into your inner identity. Like a what you took out through enema is being inserted through the infection. I am giving you the very visual. Which you took out through enema is supposed to be removed from your house itself but you get a glucose bottle and send the whole thing inside. That is what is your positive thinking. Most of the time, the lies of your outer identity which was rejected by your inner identity, you think that chunk should be infused into your inner identity.

No. Whatever is rejected in your outer identity by inner identity that is lie, throw it away. Whatever is rejected in your inner identity by the outer identity, that is a lie, throw it away. Your positive thinking is not aligning. There is another one thing you try to do to align: go on talking about what you think as you to others. That is what you do lying down in the couch of the psychiatrist. You think by telling whatever you feel as you, you are becoming authentic. No. Whatever you think as you is not you. Neither by pulling the inner identity outside nor by pushing outer inside you are going to align between outer and inner identity. This is a first lesson you need to know. You need to know how alignment will not happen. Only then I can teach you how alignment can happen.

This is like a you try to fly by pulling your shoelaces. You decide you should fly. That is a first statement, second thing, how to fly? If you pull yourself you can fly. Third, what is the best way? My shoelaces, come. You know where will you fall. Trying to fly by pulling the shoelaces is not going to work. Then what is the way to align? Whatever you show as outer identity and not accepted by the inner identity. Like a, when if you show what you show to the outer world if you pen down there are many characters, many things your inner identity will not accept, "Eh, it is not true, it is not true, it is not true." Then throw all that. Say, "I will not project all this anymore. I will not empower all this anymore. I will not repeat words or actions which shows these parts." And same way write an essay about your inner identity – what do you think as you, feel as you. Many things your outer identity will reject in that. You will say, "I am a frightened guy." So many ideas you will be having – "I am a coward, I run away and all that." But your outer identity suddenly will tell, "No, it is not the case. Many time we won the game. Many time we showed courage."

Please understand. Aligning of both identities will literally end up in no identity. Understand, will end up in no identity. It is like Gopas, they have beaten each other and killed their whole generation, their whole civilization. Nobody outside came and killed. See, always in the war it is never decided who is right, it is only decided who is left. War does not decide who is right, it only decides who is left. Usually in the war, somebody comes and kills and the person who kills others they are left alive but the Gopas had unique war. Dwaraka, the Krishna's civilization, Krishna's disciples, Krishna's or I can say Krishna's citizens - they killed each other and finally nothing was left.

Same way, drop whatever complain your inner identity does about outer identity and drop whatever complain your outer identity asks about inner identity. This is the assignment now you need to do. It’s a two-minutes assignment. After that I will give you another one elaborate work. First this two-minute assignment. Describe all the qualities of your outer identity - one side. Other side, all the qualities of your inner identity, what you feel as you, what you project as you. Like a quality one by one, one by one, one by one you write. Then we will have fight between these two. Whatever this one does not want in him, remove. Whatever that one does not want in him, remove. Then finally, there will be few qualities both want in each other. When you align, identity will disappear. You will live that easy-going life.

What is easygoing life? Not having any weight while you do all your life. That's all. Not having any weight while you live your life. Not having either fear or worry or weight or anxiety. When all this is not then naturally you are not there, then who is there? Because you always identified yourself only with all these things. When I became Enlightened, first thing I felt is, "Oh God, I am lost. Whom I used to remember as Me is not there anymore, somebody else is sitting." But that somebody else when I settled with Him, I realized only this is Me. Earlier the guy who was there only is somebody else. Let us do this assignment. Your outer identity and inner identity – describe like qualities, "Outside, I will show myself courageous and I am rich." Outside how you project, "I am rich." Inside you will be feeling, "No, no, no, no I am poor." Outside you will be showing as if you are a spendthrift, you spend, you are charitable and all that, inside you know, "I am a miser, I don't touch. I don't even buy toilet paper, I bring it from the airport whenever I go there. I take two roll and keep it and..."

Now whatever you have written can you cancel the qualities which the other part is effecting? See, if there is something in inner identity which outer identity does not like or does not reflect, cancel that. If something outer the inner identity does not like, does not fall in tune, cancel. Finally, you will see only one or few - very few qualities where the other person does not fight. When you start living those few, you will just live without identity. Means in 'ease-ness'; easiness. Understand. This kriya is mainly to awaken the non-mechanical parts of your brain, to align both the identities. So the posture is baddha padmasana. I don't know how many of you will be able to do. try. If you can't do at least sit in padmasana and put the hands behind.

See, basically, when you move your body to the posture your nervous system gets aligned so that when I awaken the Kundalini it floods through the that particular channel. Without using your hands now you have to control your breathing by the will. It’s actually a process to raise the power of your will. The will power is required to align the inner and outer identity. Ready? Inhale through left and exhale through right. No, you are going to do it and you can do it. You can. It is basically, that is why your hands are locked. Understand. See, the process is expected to teach you willpower. You can train will power through the breath, the controlling of the breath.

Inhale through left and exhale through right without using the fingers. No, no hands. You will not use the hands to control the nostril, no. And, listen, inhaling through left exhaling through right then inhaling through right exhaling through left. A simple nadi shodhana but through will power. Start. In that same posture hum intensely. Your whole navel should vibrate with that humming. Your whole abdomen should vibrate with that humming. Hum as deeply as possible. While inhale hum while exhaling hum. It is called bhramari pranayama. Mmmmm. Do it as deeply as possible and as intensely as possible. Sit in silence, keeping the awareness on your third-eye between the brows, eyebrows, in the brow center but retain the same posture. Bring only your awareness. You can open your eyes. Now with awareness bring integrity, authenticity and responsibility to these aspects of your life and visualize that now you are a being in a space of expansion, happiness and gratitude. Write down what are the new thoughts, words and actions - will take in the same aspects of your life now. Inside this new space of being in expansion, happiness and gratitude write down in what ways you will now enrich yourself and others in your life in all other aspects of your life. Go ahead.

The relationship you share with your inner identity and the identity you project outside - if both of them are aligned, the brow centre is active - high energy expresses through you. If both of them have conflict - non-integrated, inauthentic then ajna chakra collapses.

Inside you, you always project yourself lower than what you are. And outside you, you always project yourself higher than what you are. Please listen, inside you always project yourself lower than what you are - outside you always project yourself higher than what you are. The brow center is blocked when your mamakara and ahankara are not aligned - whenever there is a mismatch in what you believe as you inside you, and what you project as you outside you; you are living with failure. Understand. This right word I will use; your plan for life is failure.

Please understand, if you plan for miracles, miracles will go on be happening in your life. If you plan for failure, failures will go on be happening in your life. It’s like a sword, which is sharp on both sides; rubbing you constantly - on one side the inauthenticity of your mamakara is pulling you down, and the other sid the inauthenticity of your ahamkara is pulling down - pulling you down. Please listen. When you don’t integrate this two - your mamakara and ahankara - in both places you will be shrinking. If you align both the first thing will happen is - you don’t need to remember how you need to project you.
