Original Verse

"अथ वक्ष्ये वीरनाथ आनन्दमन्दिरासनम्॥२३.१०३॥ यत्कृत्वा अमरो धीरो भवत्येवेह साधकः। हस्तयुग्मं पाददेशे पादयुग्मं प्रदापयेत्॥२३.१०४॥"

Transliteration

"atha vakṣye vīranātha ānandamandirāsanam॥23.103॥ yatkṛtvā amaro dhīro bhavatyeveha sādhakaḥ। hastayugmaṃ pādadeśe pādayugmaṃ pradāpayet॥23.104॥"

Translation

"O! Vīrnātha, now I shall talk about ānandamandirāsana; Doing which the resolute practitioner becomes immortal. (23.103, 104) O Kaul! stand properly like a rod and rest on the front part of the buttocks.
