3rd Day of Pachai Pattini Vratham..since yesterday my state is much higher..I went thru incredible Samadhi.and also blessed by Devi Usually when the experiences are so intense it is difficult to me to explain. In my being it takes a time of gratitude, a time of process and a time of recognition, but by the Grace of Swami and his Kuladevi Samayapuram Mariamman times are modified instantly and suddenly the cognition is already mature in me. All the interaction of the Cosmos the deities everything is aligned for the spiritual progress. It is delicious love. This Vratham is delight itself. Thank Swami for that ROYAL WAY OF EXISTENCE

Mariamma, Devi, Mata, I understand this Vratam helps with Vata and Kapha imbalance.
Please help me balance my Vata and Kapha through this Vratam. I notice that the Vata element in me has been aggravated at my age, there is dryness of skin as an outwardly sign. Plus I cannot focus and often lack memory for things that I have read. Help me bring this to balance, Mata. 🙏🥰. Also, Kapha is aggravated which shows up as feeling of heaviness, lethargy, sluggishness, drowsiness, brain fog, and a tendency towards excessive sleep. In digestion this aggravation shows up as slowing down of metabolism. Please Devi, help me balance this. ❤️🔱💐

Powerful cognition:
I really do not need a lot of food, and more spicy and tasty it is, it makes me crave more. If the taste of food I ingest is pure and gentle as with this Vratam food, the senses are not triggered. Less becomes more. There is a kind of peace that descends. Ever grateful. 🙏❤️💐💕🪔

Just realized that Nithyananda Yoga can expand your awareness because there is so much to be aware about SIMULTANEOUSLY. Just intensely engaging all the 3 bandhas (specific muscles) at the same time is already a stretch for me. I’ll check if they are all really tense and there is always one a bit more relaxed then the other, depending on my focus. Then we’ve got our visualization, our humming, listening to the mantras, the direction of our eyes and the placement of our limbs, fingers, the tongue and of course what we do with the breath!

There is so much to be aware about. Instead of focusing on them one by one, sensing them all AT THE SAME TIME. This is a total new light for me when doing yoga. Expanding my awareness by ‘focusing’ on everything at the same time. I can imagine that doing this in total awareness & complete involvement will bring enlightenment🧘🏻‍♀️

And this is just a part of our body … Can you imagine what Swamiji is aware of in every moment? Oh my 😅

Paramavatar of Paramashiva, SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam at the end of the convention attended tirelessly to each and every individual attending the convention. He enriched, blessed, and healed couples and elders with love, compassion, and deep listening after which each person experienced a deep connection with the SPH, and felt that SPH was there only for them.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam continued on the Series of Addresses and Initiations from the Shiva Sutras(the techniques that were given by Shiva Himself to Devi for her enlightenment). This discourse titled "Drop Your Mind and Find Your Center" took place at Quality Inn Tradewinds, Oklahoma. SPH explained that we cannot become enlightened just by one or two simple things, if we are not really intense. So Shiva through the Shiva Sutras is opening all the possible doors. SPH shares that the SHiva SUtras are the unabridged version of all the spiritual philosophies. Shiva is Shiva Sutra, He is expressing His whole being, You can not separate Shiva from the Shiva Sutras and the master from His experience.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam shared that being unenlightened is forgivable, but if we are not living enlightenment, that is not forgivable. Furthermore SPH explained the difference between Honesty and Authenticity. He elucidated that Honesty is talking about the problem again and again while Authenticity is living the solution. SPH also expounded on the concepts of Videha Mukti and of Jeevan Mukti by saying that when He enters into us, it is Jeevan Mukthi. When we enter into Him, it is Videha Mukthi(moksha after death). Black hole means ,when we enter into Him, you disappear into something beyond ourselves while Big bang happens when He enter into us. Running parallel a past life webinar was conducted in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu under the direct guidance of SPH by His initiated Acharyas.

During that day’s morning Presidential Address-Nithyananda Satsang SPH continued to speak about integrity being a profound, most powerful and immediate solution to expand our relationship with ourselves and others. Completion with ourselves makes the possibility for creating new, new diseases disappear. All the diseases we create newly are from the source of incompletion. Integrity stops us from creating new, new diseases. Authenticity heals even the diseases we created earlier. When we start thinking with Integrity, with awareness, every word we give to ourselves becomes a commitment we give to ourselves. It means, every desire we have is a commitment we have given to ourselves. When we know every word we give to ourselves is a commitment we make with ourselves and we have to honor them, we will make only conscious commitments to ourselves, conscious words to ourselves. The conflicts in life will drastically drop. Success happens in life, fulfillment happens in life when the conflicts reduce. When the conflicts reduce, life energy starts oozing in ourselves. Bringing Integrity with others is the only way relationships can be created, and it is not long-term process, long-term solution; it is immediate solution, permanent solution. We think always long-term solution means executing also is very difficult, which is not so. Here Integrity is a permanent solution and immediate solution which we can practice now!

Our logic, our energy, should never ever convince us not to be in the space of enlightenment. The whole logical power we have should be constantly used to remind us, convince us, inspire us, impress us towards the Advaitic space.

The breathing space of an Avatar is like an extension of his physical body. On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam visited Arulmigu Subrahmaniyaswami temple in Tiruchendur with a group of devotees There He was received by the temple priests with all the traditional honors, especially the Poorna Kumbha, the highest royal honorary offering given to a guest in Hindu tradition. SPH then offered his respect and reverence to the famous shrine after taking a holy bath in the ocean.

- Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Tiruchendur is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Murugan. It is second among six abodes of Murugan (Arupadaiveedugal) situated in Tamil Nadu, India. The puranic name or historical name for this temple is Jayanthipuram. On this day , the delegates of the Kailasa Nation received the Shakti Pada and Shaktini Pada With the Live Darshan of the SPH. The Kailasa Nation offered Our Worship to Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva and Nithyanandeshwari Parashakti as this was the 7th Day of the Maha Paramashivaratri Brahmotsavam. The Kailasa Nation also offered our worship was this day was also the 7th Day of the Jeevan Mukti Utsavam. During that day’s morning Presidential Address SPH beautifully shared that Ferociousness is the source from which rejuvenation happens. When we allow fermentation of ferociousness inside ourselves, rejuvenation happens. The more rejuvenation we allow, more we will be manifesting Paramashiva, more enlightenment energy, more and more we will manifest the best things of life - more transformation, better health, higher energy, higher powers, everything best. Rejuvenation is too important.
