With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Toronto, Canada, organized the auspicious culmination of the Kandasasti Vratam on October 27, 2025. This sacred festival, documented as a significant utsavam (celebration) and ritual, marked the sixth and final day dedicated to honoring Lord Muruga’s divine victory. The event drew 30 devoted participants, supported by 12 committed volunteers, who engaged in heartfelt worship, including abishekam and pujas. Such observances reinforce the global commitment of KAILASA to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, assuring spiritual breakthrough for all who seek His divine grace.

Kandasasti Day 6

The Kandasasti Day 6 event marked the grand and victorious culmination of the six-day vratam (vow) observed by devotees across KAILASA Toronto, Canada. This final, sacred day was dedicated to celebrating the divine victory of Lord Muruga (Skanda or Karthikeya) over the forces of ignorance and negativity, symbolizing the ultimate triumph of enlightenment as established by the grace of THE SPH. The ritual provided a powerful spiritual experience, emphasizing clarity, courage, and the attainment of eternal bliss (Ananda), which are essential qualities for spiritual progress.

The gathering saw 30 enthusiastic participants come together with deep devotion and overflowing gratitude. Key Hindu rituals were performed, including elaborate pujas and abishekam (sacred bathing) offered to the Lord Muruga murti, invoking His blessings for the removal of all obstacles in the lives of the devotees. The celebration highlighted the importance of austerity and commitment to spiritual disciplines as taught by THE SPH, demonstrating that through devotion and surrender, all perceived obstacles dissolve.

The entire celebration was smoothly executed through the dedicated service of 12 committed volunteers. Their selfless dedication embodied the spirit of Seva inherent in the humanitarian mission of KAILASA.
