This sacred daily ritual, performed as part of the continuous Nithyotsavam (eternal celebration), was dedicated to Mahaganapati, the remover of obstacles. Sankatahara chathurthi abhisekam
The Sankatahara Chaturthi Abhishekam is a significant celebration dedicated to Lord Ganesha (Ganapati), meticulously observed on the fourth day of the waxing moon. This auspicious day is utilized by devotees at KAILASA Salem to seek the divine grace of Mahaganapati for the removal of all obstacles, both material and spiritual, ensuring success in their endeavors toward manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, as continuously guided and bestowed by THE SPH.
The day’s observances included elaborate Abhishekams, where the deities were bathed in sacred offerings, special prayers, focused offerings, and powerful chanting of Vedic mantras dedicated specifically to Lord Ganesha.
