With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA observed a deeply spiritual morning on 30/8/2024 by conducting the PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka. This sacred early morning practice, performed during the auspicious Brahma Muhurtha, focused on reviving ancient Hindu spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH. The activities included 108 rounds of PVK Yoga (Powerful Visionary Kriya) and the advanced breathing technique of Trinetra Kumbhaka, enabling devotees to connect directly with the superconscious state of Paramashiva. The dedicated effort of 1 volunteer facilitated this transformative session, attended by 2 participants, reinforcing KAILASA's commitment to the global revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and human consciousness awakening.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session marked an auspicious and powerful beginning to the day, centering the participants in the divine presence of THE SPH. This sacred session was specifically conducted during the highly potent Brahma Muhurtha, the most conducive time for spiritual practice, thereby maximizing the spiritual benefits available and aligning the practitioners with the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The program saw dedicated participation from 2 attendees, guided by 1 dedicated volunteer from the KAILASA Sangha.
The core of the practice involved the performance of 108 rounds of PVK Yoga (Powerful Visionary Kriya), a potent spiritual technology transmitted directly by THE SPH for awakening the inner potential, activating higher cognitive functions, and manifesting spiritual powers (shaktis/powers of Paramashiva).
