The day centered around the daily Nithyotsavam rituals, including Laghu Puja, Yoga, and the powerful Trinetra Kumbhaka meditation technique, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. These spiritual practices were complemented by crucial administrative efforts, as representatives engaged in high-level meetings to formally establish the KAILASA entity in Missouri, furthering KAILASA's global mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The session included rigorous Yoga practices, immediately followed by Trinetra Kumbhaka, one of the advanced breathing and meditation techniques gifted by THE SPH.
