GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)
1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA
We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.
2. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING
We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.
3. PALLIYARI PUJA
We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.
ENRICHING ACTIVITIES 1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 836 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja. 2. đ Nithyananda Jnanalaya of San Jose Living Enlightenment Book Reading Session 55 today. We read about Meditation and consciousness being antidotes for karma. We also read some Myths on karma which was interesting Q&A. We discussed some of the answers Swamiji gave that were eye-opening! âEither by touching or by giving advice or by close physical contact or physical proximity, karma can never be passed on. You may acquire the mental setup of that person in close proximity, if you are continuously around him, but never his or her karma. Of course, you have to be mentally strong so that you donât get his or her mental setup!
