We offered our Daily Guru Paduka Puja and Shiva Puja, 4 Aug 2022, giving gratitude to Swamiji. With the blessings and guidance from The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, we are observing Chaturmasya 2022 Vratam, our Sessions for 4 Aug 2022: 7 pm - 7:45 pm AST - Unclutching Session 7:45 pm - 8:30 pm AST - Reading from the scriptures Tonight we read from the Living Enlightenment Book by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. 🌸Pages 101 to 106- Powerful Cognition: "When you are angry, just look into the anger. At the root of it, you will find a deep fear. Try this for yourself: if you are feeling fear, express anger at that time. Throw your hands, stamp your feet and express the energy. You will see that the fear disappears. You will see for yourself how fear can simply transform to anger. Similarly, fear can also transform to hate. You just need to be aware of yourself and witness how the emotions subtly change from one form to another. When you understand this play, you can easily get out of the game."
