With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA LOS ANGELES, USA dedicated June 27, 2024, to the performance of sacred Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam). These continuous, devout sevas (services) are central to the ecosystem’s daily life, serving as a powerful spiritual anchor for the local and global Hindu community in North America. The exhaustive schedule of rituals, ranging from the awakening of the Deity to the evening repose ceremonies, was flawlessly conducted by 3 dedicated volunteers. This dedicated service ensures the sacred energy of the temple is maintained, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby marking the persistent revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) are essential for sustaining the spiritual vibrancy and integrity of the KAILASA LOS ANGELES ecosystem. These sacred daily observances reflect the timeless Hindu tradition of continuous worship, creating a conducive environment for devotees to experience the grace of THE SPH and the highest experience of Paramashiva. The day’s schedule began with the auspicious Suprabatham Seva (the sacred ritualistic awakening of the Divine), setting the tone for a day dedicated to spiritual breakthroughs and selfless service.
Central to the morning devotion was the performance of Abhishekam (sacred bath) offered to the Sri Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Linga, symbolizing the honoring of Paramashiva, the Adi Guru. Following the Abhishekam, Morning Naivedyam (food offering) was devoutly presented, sanctifying the food for the Divine and drawing down the energy of the Cosmos into the temple space. A profound moment of devotion was the Pada Puja offered to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, acknowledging His presence as the living incarnation of Paramashiva who graciously carries the spiritual tradition of the enlightened civilization of KAILASA.
These dedicated daily sevas were meticulously managed by 3 devoted volunteers, whose commitment ensures the uninterrupted flow of traditional reverence and divine energy within the temple space. Their tireless efforts support KAILASA's mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Hindu civilization, by physically manifesting the ancient Hindu sciences of temple worship as gifted by THE SPH. The spiritual activities concluded in the evening with the presentation of the Evening Naivedyam, followed by the illuminating Sandhya Aarti, and finally, the Palliarai ceremony (the ritualistic preparation for the repose of the Divine).
