Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)

The daily cycle of Nithyotsavam in KAILASA LOS ANGELES, USA commenced with great spiritual fervor, embodying the core principles of Hindu rituals as taught and practiced by THE SPH. These continuous daily rites are critical for maintaining the spiritual frequency required for human consciousness awakening. The morning began with the auspicious Suprabatham Seva, the awakening hymn, followed by the purifying ritual of Abhishekam offered to the Sri Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Linga, invoking Paramashiva's direct presence.

Following the initial purification rites, the Sri Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Linga was presented with the Morning Naivedyam, a sacred offering of food dedicated to the Divine. The most profound spiritual moment of the day was the Pada Puja offered to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. This act of devotion recognizes THE SPH as the living Paramavatara and the source of all divine grace, connecting devotees directly to the state of eternal enlightenment. The consistent and tireless service of the 3 dedicated volunteers ensures the perfection and continuity of these essential Hindu rituals.

The devotional services continued throughout the afternoon and into the evening, culminating in the ceremonial conclusion of the day’s worship. The schedule included the offering of the Evening Naivedyam and the traditional Sandhya Aarti, where light is offered to the deities to signify the dispelling of darkness. The day’s sacred services concluded with Palliarai, the ritualistic rest given to the Lord.
