Devotees in Kailasa Houston ceremoniously carried the PAL KUDAM (milk pots) on their heads, symbolizing the carrying our difficulties on our shoulders and depositing them at His feet for remedy. Milk brings Prosperity and Wellness, and carrying milk pots is an act of thanksgiving, to be poured as Sacred Bath for Lord Subramanya.

On this special occasion, Kailasa Houston offered PANCHAMRITAM ABHISHEKAM. In Puranas, Scriptures & Ayurveda, PANCHAMRITAM/CHARANAMRITAM is described to be a mixture of 5 foods in particular proportions, signifying 5 Amrutams (Holy Nectar from the Feet of Gods Bringing Immortality): Milk, Honey, Sugar, Yogurt and Ghee. 🍯

The 5 elements of PANCHAMRITAM have symbolic meanings.
MILK represents purity & piousness.
HONEY depicts sweet speech & unity (as prepared jointly by bees).
SUGAR represents sweetness & bliss.
YOGURT represents prosperity.
GHEE represents strength & victory.
When offered as ABHISHEKAM, and received as Prasad, it brings blessings of HEALTH.

Devotees offered SRI MURUGAN SAHASRANAMA ARCHANA & AARATI seeking blessings to remove fears, negativities, enemities, mangal dosha (Mars) & experience health, success, inner strength, peace, protection, knowledge, courage & third eye awakening.

On the Auspicious Occasion of SHANI PRADOSHAM, Kailasa Houston offered Nandi Abhishekam & Shiva Puja.
