The Municipality of Piran, the gem of the Slovene Riviera, one of the most desired destinations in the entire country and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation, First Nation of Hindus, entered into bilateral relations - emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, peace, living enlightenment and education initiatives, exchanges to enrich citizens with the science of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.

The municipality of Piran is one of the most important centers of congress and tourism in the northern Mediterranean.The source of prosperity of the municipality of Piran is not only extraordinary natural sights that stir the imagination of tourists around the world, but the spirit of equality, tolerance and mutual respect, built throughout history.

Effutu Municipal District and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Civilizational Nation, First Nation of Hindus entered into bilateral relations - emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Effutu Municipal District is one of the twenty-two districts in Central Region, Ghana. Originally it was formerly part of the then-larger Awutu/Effutu/Senya District in 1988, until the southwest part of the district was split off by a decree of president John Agyekum Kufuor on 29 February 2008 to create Awutu Senya District; thus the remaining part was elevated to municipal district assembly status to become Effutu Municipal District on that same year. The municipality is located in the southeast part of Central Region and has Winneba as its capital town.
