Please understand these basic few things. Integrity is not morality or ethics of the society. Integrity is a spiritual value. Integrity is you fulfilling the word and thought you give to yourself and others and experiencing the state of Poornatva completion with yourself and life. Integrity is you fulfilling the word and thought you give it to yourself and to others and experiencing a state of Poornatva, completion with yourself and life. If you are not able to fulfil the words you give to yourself and others, at least you declare it and undo it means complete it. Means tell I will not be able to honour, I will not be able to fulfil. So please do not rely on this word I give you. now I alter the word I give. You please make alternative plan. Integrity means completion. Yesterday one of my sanyaasis sent a message to me that he will not be able to change the name legally. I said no problem. You are complete. His part he has completed. That is perfect. Even if you are not able to fulfil the word you gave if you tell that to the person very clearly, that is integrity. Not having hangover with the words you committed with you and you committed with others is integrity. I tis not morality or ethics. Pl und an imp thing. I am not saying morality should not be practiced or ethics should not be practiced. But sometimes the wrong meaning of the word will not allow you to practice it. Morality means in a given society, in a given era of that society, morality is the generally-accepted standards of what is desirable and undesirable; of right and wrong conduct, and what is considered by that society as good or bad behaviour of a person, group or entity. Morality is like good and bad, right and wrong. It changes from time to time, era to era. When time changes all this changes. I don’t say practice morality and I don’t say do not practice morality. I am very clear. Whenever I give any instructions to my disciples I am very clear. ..I am not saying practice morality and same way I am not saying do not practice morality – but I give you the instructions practice integrity. It is a spiritual value. For all my disciples I give you instructions – practice integrity - it is a spiritual value. Ethics is not integrity. : In a given group, ethics is the agreed upon standards of what is desirable and undesirable; of right and wrong conduct; of what is considered by that group as good and bad behaviour of a person, group or entity that is a member of the group, and may include defined bases for discipline, including exclusion. Ethics is different, integrity is different. Morality and ethics vary from time to time. Integrity is absolute. Patanjali says saarvabhoumya vrataaha – means absolute vrata. Law, morality, ethics, orders all this changes by geography, changes from country to country, society to society but Integrity as Patanjali declares is saarvabhoumya vrataaha it is universal. I wanted to give you all one more day for all of you to dig deep and all the integrity related points. Where all you are committed to yourself and to others, where all you have missed…I wanted all of you to complete the assignment again now. 1) Identity areas of your life where you experience conflict and feel powerless. Contemplate and examine what is the out integrity behaviour that exists in this area. Identify your out integrity thoughts, words, behaviour and restore completion to this aspect of your life today.

2) Do swapoornatva - completion with self or poornatva kriya - completion with other people involved in this aspect or aspects of your life before you come to the morning satsang tomorrow.

Relax. Blessings to all of you to complete the integrity assignments. When you find time do it. Also do swapoornatva complete with yourself also. First level 2nd day. Please sit straight close your eyes. Visualize your body has become large and huge like Ganesha and fill the body with large quantity of food. Start the process. Relax. You can open your eyes.
