1. February 12 2004
The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Himself performs a homa - fire ritual - in a devotee's house in San Jose, for the wellbeing of the family and the entire ecosystem surrounding it.

2. On this day 12 years before - 12 February 2010:
In that day's Presidential Address, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam expounded on the cosmic principle of Oneness. The Paramavatara of Paramashiva, SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam retold the events of Brahma (intellect) and Vishnu (wealth) in their fruitless pursuit to find the beginning and end of Paramashiva(Conciousness). SPH revealed that the Vedic masters and Rishis did a lot of research in order to predict the timings when nature most supports us to achieve our higher consciousness and explained that the day of MahaShivaratri is the prime time when the timelessness penetrates into the time, when the macrocosm descends into our inner microcosm and when the divine descends into our bodies and into the Deities. He advised all the delegates to allow their rational logic(that says they are not Paramashiva) to have a little friendliness with the existential reality that says that they are Paramashiva. The grandest happening on Planet Earth, Paramavatara - the Ultimate Incarnation of Paramashiva Himself explained that the moment that we will be able to have this kind friendliness with existence , we will start seeing our rational reality merging into the existential reality and radiating the Consciousness of Paramashiva. On that day also, the Sanyasis and initiated Acharyas of the Kailasa Nation worldwide, affiliated with the Department of Education of KAILASA conducted day-long Maha Shivaratri celebrations, that were held in Adi Kailasa in Bidadi and at the Temples and the Satsang centers around the world, in the presence of the the Paramavatara of Paramashiva, SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. The festivities included flag hoisting, free medical camps, cultural shows, Abhishekam to the Linga and Rudra Homa.

3. On this day 11 years before - 12 February 2011:
On that day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam conducted a Q&A session dedicated to the Living Advaita Series of Addresses and Initiations from the Upanishads. On a question that was made regarding whether the Initiation of the Guru could be received form a re-telecast of a Satsang, to which SPH beautifully answered that the initiation happens whenever we melt down with a deep trust & feeling connection with the Guru. The Paramavatara of Paramashiva, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam further shared that when a sincere seeker or a sincere disciple sits with a deep melting mood with the Guru, not only the disciple will feel fulfilled, the Guru also will feel fulfilled. When a deep trust happens and melting down happens, the transmission of the initiation will be happening automatically – and as far as whether that would be through a two way conference or through the youtube it is of not matter at all. On the other hand SPH further clarified that if we have the habit of coming & sitting in the morning satsang, not only the initiation will be happening, but we will practicing these techniques systematically and like that a continuous evolving will be happening.

यथा गङ्गाजलं शुद्धं तथा भस्मापि पावनम्। भासयत्येव यद्भस्म शुभं भासयते च यत्॥ भक्षणात्सर्व पापानां भस्मेति परिगीयते। श्रीकरञ्च पवित्रञ्च हारं आभरणं तथा॥ लोकवश्यकरं पुण्यं भस्मस्नानं दिने दिने। ज्वरापस्मार पैशाच ब्रहम्राक्षस पीडिताः॥ भस्मलेपन मात्रेण स्वस्था मर्या भवन्ति च॥

yathā gangājalam suddham tatha bhasmaapi pāvanam l bhāsayatyeva yadbhasma śubham bhāsayate ca yat || bhaksandtsarva papanahin bhasmeti pariglyate l srikarañca pavitrañca hãram aabharanan tatha ll lokavasyakaraṁ punyaṁ bhasmasnānaṁ dine dine l jvarāpasmāra paisāca brahamrākṣasa pīditāḥll bhasmalepana mātreņa svasthā martyā bhavanti ca ll

Meaning :
Just as the water of the Ganga river is always pure, even so the bhasma is always pure. The bhasma is auspicious one and it is self-luminous and it makes everyone to be luminous. Since it consumes all the effects of sinful deeds, it is significantly called “Bhasma”. For the human being, the bhasma is the bestower of wealth; purifier; garland; ornaments; capable of attracting the world; highly meritorious. Therefore, bhasma-snana should be done everyday. Those persons who are affected with fever and epilepsy, those who are possessed by the ghostly beings and brahma-rakshasa get re-established in their own state of health and happiness, merely by besmearing the bhasma over the body.

नादो मन्त्र इति प्रोक्तः स नादो जायते परात्॥ नादाद्विन्दु समुद्भूतो बिन्दोराद्यस्स्वरो भवेत्। तस्मात्स्वरद्वयं द्वौ द्वौ तेषां भेदत्रयोदश॥

nādo mantra iti proktaḥ sa nādo jāyate parāt| nādādbindu samudbhūto bindorādyassvaro bhavet| tasmātsvaradvayam dvau dvau teșām bhedastrayodaśa ||

Meaning :
Basically, nada is called mantra and that nada arises from paranada(the most subtle sound). Bindu arises from the nada and from the bindu manifests the first svara letter(vowel) 'A'. From the letter ‘A’, all other vowels arise in terms of two. On the whloe there arise thirteen different letters.

कैलासदक्षिणे शृङ्गे नानाश्चर्य समन्विते। प्रवृद्ध वटवृक्षोत्थच्छयाच्छन्नेऽति विस्तृते॥ व्याघ्रचर्म परीधाने पीठे रत्नोपशोभिते। देवदानव गन्धर्व सिद्ध विद्याधरादिभिः॥ सेव्यमानं महादेवं श्रीकण्ठं विश्वनायकम्।

kailāsadakṣine śrnge nānāścarya samanvitel pravṛddha vațavřkṣotthacchayācchanne'ti vistṛtell vyāghracarma parīdhāne pīthe ratnopaśobhitel devadānava gandharva siddha vidyādharādibhiḥ|| sevyamānam mahadevan orikanthan viovanayakam

Meaning :
On the southern summit of the Mount Kailasa associated with multifarious wonderments, there is a seat under the full-grown vata-tree( fig tree ), which seat is thickly covered by its shadow and which is exceedingly wide, with a tiger-skin placed around it. It is auspiciously beautified with gems studded over it. Lord Srikantha who is the controlling authority of this universe, who is the Great God is seated on it, being worshipped by the host of Devas, danavas, gandharvas, siddhas, vidyadharas and such other celestial groups.

Meaning :
There is twofold flow of psychic energy expansive in the worldly life of man, i.e., the flow of Tamasic and Rajasic fluctuations of the mind. These the Supreme Purusha reduces and eliminates for the salvation of the spirit. No innocent maiden, it is not so as you think and believe.

Meaning :
People, with their eye, see a water man carrying a pitcher of water on his head (but they do not see the water), so people see the universal pitcher of existence with their physical eye but they fail to see the burden bearer within, Skambha, the pervasive Brahma, with their inner eye of the mind.

At the beginning of the initiation, I felt such ecstasy and the Atma linga on my palm was feeling like a cool breeze is blowing through it. During the initiation itself, I could see clearly one of my blind spots. The Atma linga in my hand was burning with heat like it wants to penetrate my palm.

At the end of the initiation, my Atma linga lifted a little bit, not fully standing.

I feel like one of my strongest patterns is not feeling good enough and Swamiji is breaking this with each initiation He gives. Even when I forget to believe in myself, He never forgets.

During the initiation Swamiji shared a few things about atma linga.

🔥 During initiations just as we see the coconut standing and rolling, when Swamiji begins to chant or during initiation atma linga can just stand up.
A little time passed as I thought about this. Then I just let it go and fell back into that oneness space with Swamiji to continue the initiation.

Some time later, I just got an urge to test it, to play with it.
I opened my palm and placed it on the table top. Little by little, My atma linga began to stand on its own. I was so transfixed, I almost forgot to capture it. I did manage to catch a few seconds of it.
