Sarvajnanottara Agama ~ Yoga Pada Verse 59
द्वात्रिंशद्दशना प्रोक्ता विंशतिश्च नखाः स्मृताः। पित्तस्य कुडबं ज्ञेयं कफस्यार्धाडकं स्मृतम् ।। ५९
dvātriṃśaddaśanā proktā viṃśatiśca nakhāḥ smṛtāḥ। pittasya kuḍabaṃ jñeyaṃ kaphasyārdhāḍakaṃ smṛtam ।। 59

Meaning :
In a normal human body, there are thirty-two teeth; twenty nails. The measure of bile within the body is about one kudaba (12 handfuls). The measure of phlegm is about half of one adhaka( or, 8 kudabas).

One adhaka is approximately equal to 3.5 kg (7 lb 11 oz). 16 kudabas make one adhaka.

mayā so annamatti yo vipaśyati yaḥ prāṇiti ya īṃ śṛṇotyuktam ।

mayā - through my shakti
saḥ - He
annam - food
atti - consumes
vipaśyati - to visually perceive
yaḥ - whosoever
prāṇiti- to breathe
īm - a bija
śṛṇoti - hears
uktam - uttered

Meaning :
Devi declares - It is from My Shakti alone, one who eat may even eat, one who sees can even see, one who breathes can even breathe and one who hears can even hear.

We had the Panchadashi initiation ( 15 sacred sounds ) in the morning. The 16th sound is secretive and is never sung or recited openly anywhere. It is only given as an initiation by the master and even the initiated disciple does not utter it loud. This is the sacredness of thr 16th sound that makes up Shodashi.

During initiation, I am not putting a dead seed which you have to nurture with water and fertiliser or safeguard it with pesticide and fencing. I am putting a living seed which has already sprouted. It is capable of defending and growing by itself. You don't have to do anything more ! I am giving you the fruit in its wholeness. THE TRANSLATION GOES “THE SANNYASIS AND BRAHMANAS WHO HAVE BEEN INITIATED INTO THE SHIVA DEEKSHA ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE APPOINTED AS THE REPRESENTATIVES OF PITRUS IN THE SHRAADHHA.”

GLIMPSES OF GLORIOUS PAST - REVIVAL OF KAILASA

09 February 2014:
On that day's Presidential Address, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam detailed the importance of completing all aspects of our root pattern. SPH explained metaphorically that in the same way when we pull a tree out from the ground and we need to burn the ground so the roots don't re-sprout again. In the same way only, once we complete with our root pattern, we still need to burn our consciousness so that the root pattern cannot come back to life, negatively affecting us again. Because 'for a Neem tree to happen again, one inch old root is enough'. This powerful process is called Complete Completion.
