Transliteration

çaväsanasthaù dvau pädau kuryänmastakataù parau | vyuktkrameëa tataù çéghrametat sarvasya sädhanam ॥ cakräsanaà gulmapléha vätarogädinäçanam ॥ 15 ॥


Translation

In the pose of Savasana, lift the two legs and stretch them towards to place them on either side of the head, by this, as said, this will give benefit for all. Chakraasana removes, inflammation, spleen related issues, acidity etc.

Steps/Technique

1. Lie on your back 2. Lift your hips and stretch your legs towards the head. 3. Bring the hands toward the feet and hold your ankles.
