Original Verse : "शिरः कपाले रुद्राक्षं विवरं चिन्तयेद्यदा । तदा ज्योतिः प्रकाशः स्याद्विद्युत्पुञ्जसमप्रभः ॥ एतच्चिन्तनमात्रेण् पापानां संक्षयो भवेत् । दुराचारोऽपि पुरुषो लभते परमं पदम् ॥ ४५ ॥"

Transliteration

"śiraḥ kapāle rudrākṣaṃ vivaraṃ cintayedyadā । tadā jyotiḥ prakāśaḥ syādvidyutpuñjasamaprabhaḥ ॥ etaccintanamātreṇ pāpānāṃ saṃkṣayo bhavet । durācāro'pi puruṣo labhate paramaṃ padam ॥ 45 ॥"

Translation

"When the Yogi constantly thinks that he has got a third eye – the eye of Shiva – in the middle of his forehead, he then perceives a fire brilliant like lightning. By contemplating on this Light, all sins are destroyed, and even the most wicked person obtains the highest end."
