A figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe with long dark hair and a red forehead mark walks forward with one arm extended, toward a line of devotees. Devotees in white ritual clothes stand on both sides: a woman in white sari holds a brass aarti plate with flowers, and men in white kurtas and shirts with lanyards press palms together in greeting. A man in a white shirt stands in the left foreground with his back to the camera. The setting suggests a welcome reception.2009-06-14February 05 20092009-02-05
